Dangerdave's Girlfriend's quest to awesomness

Hello everyone, I know I'm slacking on getting in the gym, which is not good nor is it like me. Since DD and I broke up its going to be hard for me to make it to the gym because the one we went to was one I couldn't go to without him, soo not I have to find a new gym, which is harder then it should be in this town.
I hope to get back on track with everything here soon and I will still be logging for BPS once I get the sup. it's been a very hard week on me and I hope things turn around soon! Thanks everyone for everything! Stay tuned, who know I might go to the gym today. :)

The important thing is to stick to it. Don't make up excuses and just get in there. Do what's hard in life. Get in that gym and crush it so you can reap the rewards.
 
Understandable. I think most of us do. However, just go in there for the main purpose of getting fit. Don't pay attention to anyone else. Get in, do your sets, get out. This isn't to say be disrespectful to other gym-goers, but rather to not over-think things. I'm sure over-thinking about the other people in the gym and what they're thinking is what makes us hate new gyms.

Yeah your right I also just hate learning a new gym. It took me a while as well to be able to get comfortable in my old gym. Grr this stinks but I'm not making excuses I'm gonna do what ever the hell it takes to keep up with this!
 
Ok good news is I'm gonna be able to go back to the gym me and DD went to. Which is great, cause its free :) should be going later today, and maybe Saturday too before I head to NYC for New Years!

hello everyone. I'm doing sooo much better today, things are starting to turn around for me finally so no more of those sappy bull sh*t post! Time to get on this!

10 min Cardio (Ran 1 mile)
Leg Extension: 110x 9, 9, 10
Leg Curl: 65x 8, 8 55x 8
Calf Raise: 100x 12, 12 115x 12, 12
Leg Press: 155x 12, 12, 10

I killed it today, ad some extra weight to some of them and even added some more reps, Maxed out on my leg extension which felt amazing. Cant believe I can press that much for how little I am.. Def got some stares in the gym haha. Running went great, felt a good burn and so happy I was actually able to run this time. Should be getting my Vanillean in the mail either this week or early next and seriously can not wait to start logging it and seeing what it does for my body!

Going to NYC for New Years but I'm going to try and go one more time before I leave on Sunday morning. Just depends how quick my body is going to recover from today, I'm gonna be sore as F*ck tomorrow from those leg presses.

Got my measurements done finally they are as follows:

Hips: 34"
Waist: 26"
Bust: 34"

And also my weight is: 113-115ish

Yes I did! Haha I'm trying to get back to the gym but my car registration is expired so I can drive it. Hopefully this weekend I can get back in it. Maybe even go with DD still. I will start my Vanillean this Monday, ill post a new log for it and also put it in this one as well! Hope everyone had a great New Years!!

Good news! Finally picked up my Vanillean from DD. Actually just started it tonight! Really excited to see what this sup is gonna do for me and my body!! Hitting the gym tomorrow and getting back to it! Think I'm going to wait till mid way through my bottle to take update pics then will take them again when I finish the sup!

Damn only a few hours after taking Vanillean I can feel it working. Body temp has risen like crazy, kinda feel funny too but in a good way. Kind of excited about the body temp thing cause I'm normally a really cold person. Here we go!!

Alright. Since its been a while since I've updated here's what's going on.

I haven't made it to the gym in about 2 weeks but have been running everyday about a mile. I am going today after finally getting my vehicle registered and being able to get on base! I will hit it extremely hard today doing both upper and lower body workouts along with running a mile.

I am starting week to of my Vanillean and am already seeing great results from it. Sides are still heavy in some areas as in appetite suppression, so well see if that has any effect on my lifting today.

I will have update pics soon probably going to wait till at least next Sunday morning to get them. Trying to show the half way point from taking the Vanillean.

Did a huge workout today to try to compensate for missing 2 weeks. Felt amazing to get back in the gym again, and cant lie starting to really like the looks I get while I'm there! Vanillean is treating my body right, though at the end of my workout I was very shaky from not eating a whole lot, due to the apatite suppression, will adjust my diet to try to get some more Cals in it so I don't feel the same way next time!!

Not really, I did mess up once and not drink enough water when I took my dose and it gave me really bad heartburn then. But other then that no, and it's surprising too because I have stomach ulcers. Why do you ask?
 
Hm all be damn, well as long as they drink enough while taking it, it shouldn't give you that problem, also if you take it and you do get heart burn don't wait so long to eat after taking it. It says to wait 20min to eat.. I only wait about 10.
 
Alright, Went to the gym today and actually started a new workout. Did nothing but shoulders. Thats right, finally upgrading to targeting muscle groups now!!

Cardio: Ran 1 Mile
Wide Grip Lat. Pull down: 35x 12 27.5x 12, 12
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 10x 12, 12, 12
Dumbbell Upright Row: 10x 12, 12, 12
Side Lateral Raise: 5x 12, 12, 12
Assisted Pull Ups: 70x 12 60x 12, 12

Felt a Great burn today, and def. have a new soreness that I've never felt. My shoulders are killing me already. It felt good to be able to target just my shoulders. And felt confident enough to be able to do something new without the help of someone else.

Vanillean is doing great, def see improvement, especially in my stomach. Like I said earlier I will try to have some update pics soon!
 
Alrighty, well bout to head to the airport now. Flying to good ole St. Louis in about an hour. Will be hitting the gym a few days while I'm there and will continue to update when I do.

I'm loving this Vanillean even my family can see a huge difference already. Will most likely have pics up tomorrow.

Went to the gym today, not to big a fan of this gym just because I'm visiting a friend at a university and it's crowded with dumb as*es. Did all free weight today as well.

Leg press: 180x 12, 12, 12
Individual Leg curls: 35x 12 25x 12, 10
Individual Leg Extensions: 25x 12, 10, 8 Crunches: 50x 12 55x 12
Cardio: Ran 1 Mile

Like I said new gym that I hate, so didn't really do much of a leg work out did really push myself in my opinion with the free weights, I'm def used to cable weights.

Might be hitting it again tomorrow, really not sure yet. Will be back in NC Thursday morning so will prbly hit it after work Friday.

NYC was amazing! Actually made a stop in DC on our way home and looking to move their in the next few months. Vanillean is treating me great! Really happy I got the chance to try it!

I'm in St. Louis now visiting my new boy friend until Thursday! So I've been all over the last month lol. Glad to see your still following along with me, was kinda wondering what happened to you. :)
 
Hello all, just joined the site and looking forward to starting this chapter of my life.

My boyfriend Dangerdave will be coaching me. I've never really worked out to gain body mass or to tone up, so this will be a new experience for me. My current body weight is about 120 with 18%-20% BF. my current weight goal is 105 as I am looking more to tone then I am to gain muscle, I will be doing my best at the gym and in the kitchen. With the help of Dangerdave who has created a great diet and workout plan for me!

Can't wait to get everyone updated and hoping I get a ton of responses!

I could! Just depend on how I feel after traveling and if my legs are still sore as shot or not. I really killed myself at the gym on Monday lol. It's gonna be hard for me to go after next Monday cause I'm starting a new job and have 3 weeks of long training days to look forward to.
 
Won't be going to the gym today! Because my stupid flight got delayed and won't be back in NC till 3 pm tonight.. Which is lovely. You can imagine the mood I'm in >(
