Damn, Am I really that fat? 26.2% BF 34.4 BMI

1. It seems like people have had good luck with Recreate and DCP. But it seems like DCP is never in stock, any suggestions?

DCP is always out of stock because the stuff is lights out effective...

for sake of convenience and not getting so hungry that I am tempted to eat crap, what do people think about protein bars and drinks? I bought some of the met-rx big100 bars and some of the vanilla and chocolate RTD drinks. Any thoughts or suggestions on these?
 
^^^ i dont rate them that much. If you want to graze get some cashews or peanuts to eat while you work. Or even some fruit,veg like carrots etc. Anything but dirty fats like chips or hi GI carbs like breads and bagels etc.

i am on a hardcore 6 days 0 carb shredding diet with 1 day a week carb re-feed....standard body opus..only way i can cut up

and the they only way i survive it is muscle milk shakes

i drink one every 2 or 3 hours... and it keeps me full of protien and my cravings very low...and it dont hurt that muscle milk is delicious.

if i dont do the shakes... i want junk bad...
 
What I can say is that I do appreciate the feedback ~ from everyone. Everyone has their style and I am grateful that I have a thick skin so I can see the substance of what everyone has taken the time to communicate.

What I do know is that the Omron BF meter really sucks, the readings vary so much +/- 10% over the course of a few days. I would think that is physically impossible for BF to fluctuate like that.

Also the worst part of cleaning up the diet is the business lunches that my customers look forward too. It sure seems like it is impossible to eat out without eating crap. I have to work hard to keep my customers happy, especially considering the money that is on the line and how flaky the economy is these days.

Obviously I am new to this board, but I am impressed by the people and their experiences, this seems like a great place. So please keep your thoughts and feedback coming, it is all appreciated.

a tape measure is far more effective than any other measuring device.

if your waist measurement is going down then obviously so is your fat level.

Umm I'm kind of lost here, because 0 carbs and muscle milk don't belong together...

I was just about to query this one too! But Muscle Milk is so good. If I could only have one item of food for the rest of my life, I think it would be Muscle Milk.
 
BSN Syntha 6. Mocha. It brings a grubbishy guilt to consume protein with such flavor.... though i'm not so sure how it would fit into the anabolic diet other than it's high in fat and protein (probably sugar too).

yeah, damn the horchata is a nice drinking flavor, so is everything else for that matter.

Although BSN rocks too. and amazingly Ultra Peptide 2.0's chocolate peanut butter beats muscle milks.

Is Muscle Milk so good that it's up there with Syntha6-Mocha? Horchata? I'm sold!
 
OP, focus more on getting your nutrition from healthy whole foods that you like. You'd be amazed as to how good chicken and steak can be with good seasoning and some veggies.
 
of course op needs constructive criticism to learn.Everyoen does at a new skill they get into. That is a big difference on Cubs first post then his second. He called op fat and stupid. Th second is okay. the first is not. Regardless hope he learned his lesson.Treat people like you want to be treated.

Well, I know I haven't put anything into this thread, but I was wondering how you were doing so far tdos? Seems like you got a crapoad of good advice in here :D

I'm also curious about the low-no carb guy that is having MM O_o They each have 10+ carbs in em, and you said you had them every 2 or 3 hours?
