My opinion.
At 10mg I didn't notice much other then a slight mental boost, like feel good, positive thing.
At 20 the mental effect increased and I saw a slight rise in strength
At 30 I had the previous positive effects and started getting a better pump, maybe starting to build muscle and I ran out of the product before I got a chance to see what was coming. If I ran it again it would be 20-30mg, maybe higher but seeing how now we know the half life is close to 3 days, it should continue to build up so probably dont need to go over 20 if your running it 8 weeks it will build up in your system.
Feel good, slight strength and muscle building effects, it does not convert to estrogen or dht and is prostate protective. I think it's a awesome add on to trt if funds allow it. Or possible add it to a cycle. Just dont expect some miraculous body transformation
I only used it for 5 weeks. Sarms really need longer runs, as far as impressive goes, I'm impressed, on a cruise dose of test it increased my sense of well being while providing a minor boost in strength and muscle building and I got a better pump. Not to mention its prostate protective and it seems to lower estrogen. What more could you ask from a sarm. If I took 20mg of tbol or anavar for 5 weeks I dont think I'd notice anythingDamn that doesnt sound all that impressive.
I hade a similar rexperience with 6 bromo which isnt supposed to be anabolic, but it is very slightly, from my experience.
I even gained some delt size on it and got stronger on lateral raises and pressing exercises.
No way its just an ai.
I've never had anything Jack up my liver values, superdrol dosent even put me more then a smidge out of range. If sarms really jack up your values I would guess you have a underlying issue or a spiked sarmDid one if these sarms wreck your labs? RAD at 20-30mg will add some pumps, fullness, nutrient repartitioning, strength, gyno protection/estrogen receptor antagonism at the chest, prostate protection via harmless preferential binding (thus blocking androgens). A solid add in if you want a little more aggression and performance. Seems like it helps libido some as well, and you only need to take it once a day.

Ya like years ago, I knew I had it and they kept telling me I didn't, blood test was negative 3x for lyme before the 4th test was positive. it's very hard to find on bloodwork apparently. Like 1-2x a year for years I start getting very stiff joints and my body hurts. But I have had it happen in at least 2 years.were you diagnosed w lyme?
The initial photos were really bad, honestly I could have threw a bucket of **** at a wall and took a photo and it would be a improvement lol. The funny part is i got fat and out of shape on a bunch of gear, cut the dose in half and dropped the orals and then dropped to trt and I continued to improve. Obviously I lost a boatload of strength cus I was super strong in the beginning but I'm working on that. When I started all this a year ago I said I wanna be the best I can at 198lbs. I'm not worried about improving at boxing, I gave up that dream years ago, there's a few guys that compete between 178 and heavyweight and they get a extra sparing partner and i get the enjoyment of pretending i still am a fighter lol. It's more for fun and i honestly dont have a lot i do for fun these daysIf you really wanna spar, do it - you only live once, and even if you lose some muscle sparring you will only be getting leaner so you will become more muscular appearing shirtless.
Plus if you did drop a few more lbs it will make you better at sparring likely, and set you up to bulk better later anyway. You can get any lost muscle back more efficiently leaner.

I think its needed, when I gave up drinking completely about 17 months ago I stopped hanging out with 90% of my friends, I still went to the bar 1x week to shoot pool with some of them but that ended when the bars closed in March. Now my life is literally work, home, sleep. I got the gym for a hour and I occasionally sneak off to the casino but that's not productive most of the time. ive only just started messing around with a bit of boxing and granted I’m still on tren but 1 min on 1 min off has me sucking up air like a fish outta water. 3-4 rounds and I’m doneSo tonight I didn't go to the boxing gym but my boy came by and we did 4 rounds, 2min on, 2min off. By round 3 I had pains and after round 4 I puked lol. That's what happens when you dont do any real cardio. Going to spend the next 2 weeks working on that before I have to do it in the gym or its gonna be miserable because they go 3 on 1 off

such a tough question to answer bro, sooo many variables but in my opinion it’s probably 400-500 ish. Maybe a touch more.So I might have not mentioned that I tweaked my ppl routine to push pull legs arms because I never really do a dedicated arm day routinely.
The past week looked like this
Friday 2 chest exercises 4 delt exercises
Saturday 4 back 2 traps
Sunday all legs
Monday 3 tricep 3 bicep
Tuesday rest
Today bench press, squat, weighted chins then 3 2min rounds on the heavy bag.
Tomorrow rest then repeat the cycle but with heavy bag for Saturday morning then back and traps in the afternoon. Tuesday and Thursday are my weights rest days but I will do sparing or cardio.
So other then Wednesday when I do those 3 exercises for 3x3-5 reps, I'm hitting everything 1x week as opposed to my usual 2 but adding in the boxing stuff 30min tops and not going hard to start.
What I'm getting at here is how many calories do you guys think I should add to the 2400 I typically take in to somewhat keep myself at maintenance? My goal is not to drop weight too fast and kinda stay in recomp mode. I'm thinking I just start with some intraworkout carbs during the boxing related stuff and go from there. None of this is really important I'm just curious to hear some ideas. My extra calories will all come from protein and carbohydrates.

When I switch to my next bttl its 200mg/ml and it will be a little more tricky, so il probably just do 3/4cc every sunday to make it simpler. When the dose is low (under 300) I dont have any problems doing once a week
