To anyone with acne issues, the past 2 days i scrubbed with dish soap as hyde mentioned in the shower, then following up with a body wash with salicylic acid in the morning then at night dish soap followed by benzoyl wash. Got out the shower and used a astringent followed by a lotion that has salicylic acid in it so I dont dry out my skin too much. Everything is drying up nicely. If it continues to work il take some photos of that arm end of the week. This akready really seems promising after 2 days

Yes, I like it, but not because it's some strong anabolic.

My opinion.
At 10mg I didn't notice much other then a slight mental boost, like feel good, positive thing.

At 20 the mental effect increased and I saw a slight rise in strength

At 30 I had the previous positive effects and started getting a better pump, maybe starting to build muscle and I ran out of the product before I got a chance to see what was coming. If I ran it again it would be 20-30mg, maybe higher but seeing how now we know the half life is close to 3 days, it should continue to build up so probably dont need to go over 20 if your running it 8 weeks it will build up in your system.

Feel good, slight strength and muscle building effects, it does not convert to estrogen or dht and is prostate protective. I think it's a awesome add on to trt if funds allow it. Or possible add it to a cycle. Just dont expect some miraculous body transformation

Did one if these sarms wreck your labs? I thought I remember you saying one of them jacked up your liver values...?

I only used it for 5 weeks. Sarms really need longer runs, as far as impressive goes, I'm impressed, on a cruise dose of test it increased my sense of well being while providing a minor boost in strength and muscle building and I got a better pump. Not to mention its prostate protective and it seems to lower estrogen. What more could you ask from a sarm. If I took 20mg of tbol or anavar for 5 weeks I dont think I'd notice anything

I've never had anything Jack up my liver values, superdrol dosent even put me more then a smidge out of range. If sarms really jack up your values I would guess you have a underlying issue or a spiked sarm

How do you feel about this company so far
The pricing, especially for capped products which are tough to find in general, is better than average.

MAResearch has been proven time and again by this point to be legit. This company has to undercut costs of proven companies like MA to incentivize folks to try their product and build a reputation.

So time will tell!

Just a little update because I've been bored. Will try to get some pics if anyone is interested but here's what's been going on.

Started push pull legs about 2 weeks ago. Getting 5 workouts per week. Stopped counting calories for a while and just started eating all whole foods for the most part.
Chicken, beef, eggs, whey.
Oats, wraps, rice, potatoes, legumes fruits and veggies.
A little added fat from olive oil and cooking spray. Eating these foods broken into 5 meals on training days and on rest days I just eat when hungry. If It might be the same as training days or might be 3 meals of whatever I want.

Bodyweight is 193/195 and recomping nicely. Added up my average daily calories last night and funny enough I was still instinctively eating 2400-2500 calories most days.

Going to keep eating the same on training days but will start eating more and more strategically on rest days to help drive recovery and more growth. Focus on beating the log book and slowing increasing calories and trying to gain as little fat as possible. Thinking about adding peptides in the mix as well in the form of Mk677 5 on 2 off and hexarelin pre workout every other workout or 2-3x week

were you diagnosed w lyme?
Ya like years ago, I knew I had it and they kept telling me I didn't, blood test was negative 3x for lyme before the 4th test was positive. it's very hard to find on bloodwork apparently. Like 1-2x a year for years I start getting very stiff joints and my body hurts. But I have had it happen in at least 2 years.

So I'm continuing to beat the log book every workout even if it's only by a rep or adding a drop set or rest pause at the end to squeak out that little extra. I'm eating more and even throwing in regular cheat meals and the scale just stays the same, it's gone from 194.8 as my daily average to 195.2 as of this morning, and I ate 1500 extra calories yesterday in the form of one massive junk meal with pastry and cookies right before bed. Any ideas? Did I rev up my metabolism by dieting off 30lbs, am I burning more calories then I thought I was. I'm supposed to start doing some boxing sparing 2 nights a week now that the boxing gym opened up again but that's going to put me in a extra 500+ calorie deficit on those days for sure. I guess I can just do a dedicated cheat after each sparing session but im kinda in a pickle. The Construction job and sparing are both kinda counterproductive to getting bigger. Maybe I just say **** it, stick with 2400 calories like I was eatingbefore, do the extra cardio and see what happens. I'm super happy with the way I look right now other then some lingering acne on my shoulders but I really dont want to lose any more muscle. Suggestions?

Maybe cut back to 4 gym sessions

Legs
Arms
Sparing
Rest.

Or ditch arms for a extra rest day???

If you really wanna spar, do it - you only live once, and even if you lose some muscle sparring you will only be getting leaner so you will become more muscular appearing shirtless.

Plus if you did drop a few more lbs it will make you better at sparring likely, and set you up to bulk better later anyway. You can get any lost muscle back more efficiently leaner.

The initial photos were really bad, honestly I could have threw a bucket of **** at a wall and took a photo and it would be a improvement lol. The funny part is i got fat and out of shape on a bunch of gear, cut the dose in half and dropped the orals and then dropped to trt and I continued to improve. Obviously I lost a boatload of strength cus I was super strong in the beginning but I'm working on that. When I started all this a year ago I said I wanna be the best I can at 198lbs. At least I'm in the ballpark again

I'm not worried about improving at boxing, I gave up that dream years ago, there's a few guys that compete between 178 and heavyweight and they get a extra sparing partner and i get the enjoyment of pretending i still am a fighter lol. It's more for fun and i honestly dont have a lot i do for fun these days

It's more for fun and i honestly dont have a lot i do for fun these days
Could be worth it just to get to hang with the boys a couple times a week - that’s a very underrated component of mental health.

I think its needed, when I gave up drinking completely about 17 months ago I stopped hanging out with 90% of my friends, I still went to the bar 1x week to shoot pool with some of them but that ended when the bars closed in March. Now my life is literally work, home, sleep. I got the gym for a hour and I occasionally sneak off to the casino but that's not productive most of the time. The boxing gym can be a extra 2 hours a week for something to do, and if I happen to lose 10-15more lbs maybe il try to get a match so I can get beat up by some 20 year old kid lol

yeah really good shout that. I’m in a similar position, my social life used to be my gym and that’s where I’d see a lot of people in my life (when I was training them) or mates I trained with.

when all that went it’s literally been work at home, kids at home (means I can’t go out anyway) and garage gym. Been making an effort to get out more to see people when I can lately just for the change up.

That's what happens when you dont do any real cardio. Going to spend the next 2 weeks working on that before I have to do it in the gym or its gonna be miserable because they go 3 on 1 off

ive only just started messing around with a bit of boxing and granted I’m still on tren but 1 min on 1 min off has me sucking up air like a fish outta water. 3-4 rounds and I’m done

The past week looked like this
Friday 2 chest exercises 4 delt exercises
Saturday 4 back 2 traps
Sunday all legs
Monday 3 tricep 3 bicep
Tuesday rest
Today bench press, squat, weighted chins then 3 2min rounds on the heavy bag.
Tomorrow rest then repeat the cycle but with heavy bag for Saturday morning then back and traps in the afternoon. Tuesday and Thursday are my weights rest days but I will do sparing or cardio.

So other then Wednesday when I do those 3 exercises for 3x3-5 reps, I'm hitting everything 1x week as opposed to my usual 2 but adding in the boxing stuff 30min tops and not going hard to start.
What I'm getting at here is how many calories do you guys think I should add to the 2400 I typically take in to somewhat keep myself at maintenance? My goal is not to drop weight too fast and kinda stay in recomp mode. I'm thinking I just start with some intraworkout carbs during the boxing related stuff and go from there. None of this is really important I'm just curious to hear some ideas. My extra calories will all come from protein and carbohydrates.

The past week looked like this

such a tough question to answer bro, sooo many variables but in my opinion it’s probably 400-500 ish. Maybe a touch more.

only way to know will be doing it for a month and monitoring the scales though........

Man, how do you measure out 75mg? With the syringes I have, anything other than .5ml or 1ml is very hard to pin point with the oil in the syringe....mine is 200/ml

Well right now it's pretty easy cuz the stuff I have is 300mg/ml homebrewed. 1/4cc is 75

I've been using slinpins the past few weeks which makes it even easier, draws and injects just as fast as my 25g.

When I switch to my next bttl its 200mg/ml and it will be a little more tricky, so il probably just do 3/4cc every sunday to make it simpler. When the dose is low (under 300) I dont have any problems doing once a week

Yeah, I may try to go back to once a week. Thats what i use to do, but then started hearing how much better twice a week was...but i can't really tell a difference

Are you drawing with the same Slin needle you’re pinning with? I haven’t seen twist-off insulin syringes/needles and assumed people had to backload them by removing the plunger and squirting the oil in from a drawing syringe (which isn’t exactly sterile).
