Im a full time student and work nights so I started drinking a 1gallon jug of PP BCAA's and Xtend (2 scoops each) sipped throughout the day. I just recently tried ON's Amino Energy and it kind of sparked an idea to start mixing my own concoction and was wondering how many guys do this. I would really like to hear what you've decided and how it worked out.

2 scoops of xtend- for taste mainly
2 scoops of PP BCAA's
5g of mono
NP bulk cissus
and i wanted to add around 2-300mg of caffeine for sustained energy
looking forward to hearing input!
