DAA gonna rock the house hopefully.

So far the daa is not bad. I did not take it Friday to see if I can hit it the same as last Friday and for some reason I did. It is very hard to tell with out blood work. I hope it's working. We eill find out in a week as I will be mid cycle of daa.
 
so today was chest and abs. Awesome workout.

isolator was same as last week.
Bench pressed 225/235/245 6/6/5
Dumbbell pressed inclined pressed 90 6/6/6

Abs same as last week.

just feel strong.
I am almost out of DAA and so far I don't hate it.

So yesterday back day was awesome. Weighted pullups at 3 sets 45+25 6 reps which is a pr for me.
lat pull down broke record. Lifted one more plate compared to last week. Those are a few high lights as far as pr. Every thing else the same.
Today leg day awesome.
Deep squats video to come.
Hard to tell how deep im going but I can assure you this is as deep as I have gone with this smith machine.
255/265/275 for 6/6/(5 or 4) I will double check.

Ham curl did 120x2 130x1 6 reps so up 10lbs on the hammys.
Every thing else same for calvs and hacksquat etc.

My back was so frekin pumped yesterday that I was in massive amount of pain. Any suggestions. I couldnt even put my uniform on with out my back pump cramping up lol.

Threw up all last night from something I ate I think but not certain. Got no sleep didn't work out today. Lost 3lbs of fluids ? My friend took care of me so Im doing okay now. Will write more tomorrow.
 
If you are getting big back pumps that are painful, throw in some Taurine. That stuff makes them pretty much go away altogether. Its cheap and effective ;)
 
I use about 2 grams post work out. Is that enough. Also I take it pre with my preworkout shake.

I would double that. I usually take in about 6g per day. 3-4g preworkout and another 3-4g post workout is what works best for me

So my final thoughts. I feel like I am staying strong. I will be using more DAA as I ordered more recently. It should be here shortly.
Out of 1-10 I will rate it a 7 for effectiveness and 5 for cost.
