I have recently dropped 45lbs, and just getting back into the gym 5 days a week after about a 4 year break! I am looking to put some mass on, but also need to continue to drop the belly fat(flab).
My Current Regimen:
9:30am 3g DAA / 25mg Erase, 1 Serving BLOX mixed with DAA, 3 tabs MP Shred Matrix, 6 tabs MP Armour-V (Take all this Fasted )
Breakfast
Lunch
3:45 3g DAA / 25 mg Erase, 2 scoops CLS White Flood, 1 Scoop BPI Build-HD (Mix DAA, WF, and BHD with 16 oz H20 PWO)
2 Scoops Purple Wraath w/20oz H20 During Workout
Immediatly After Take 2 Scoops Giant Protein our Gold Standard!
My staples for the last 9 months have been, BCAA, EAA, BLOX, Armour-V!!
I used Synedrex for my Fat Burner, but curently taking a 2 month break from it!
I do superset workouts with 25 minutes cardio pre-workout!
I take in about 2000 cals, and around 200g protein, low fat, low carb!
I will be 8 weeks on the DAA/Erase Stack end of September, and looking for a different Avenue!!
I am considering doing IF and changing my workout to the am!
Any suggestions, opionions of things I need to change our add is greatly appreciated!!
