D-Aspartic Acid - OnCycle or PCT?

All,

I'm about to start a cycle of OL 1/Epi/Shr3d (back 4) for 8 weeks. I will have Ar1macare, Cissus, Glycine and fish oil as on-cycle support. I also have some DAA sitting around. Should I use the DAA while on, or wait for my PCT?

My PCT will be...
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Alphamax XT

Thanks for your input!

Should work fine in either spot for ya.

If you do it on cycle, I'd start it a few weeks in for the boost, personally.

Might as well wait. Your test levels will be sky high on cycle anyways. Afterwords they won't. I say wait until PCT and give your nads every shot they have at bouncing back with a vengeance.

Never - it's useless unless you are a non-training, hypogonadal, old man, who won't be using a SERM.

Bottom line: While it would appear as if it was undecided whether DAA is or isn't useful based on the studies at hand, alone, the previously discussed study by Willoughby (2013) (reread "When Hype Meets Reality: D-Aspartic Acid Turns Out to Be Another Supplemental Nonstarter in First Human Trial With Any Relevance for Healthy Young Men", here) tips the scale in favor of "clearly not useful" and "at high dosages maybe even counter-productive".

The neat presentation, LaMacchia et al. gave at the Suny Undergraduate Research Conference simply doesn't have enough weight to "outweigh" the already convincing peer-reviewed research that shows that athletes do not benefit from supplementing with d-aspartic acid

Taking it during your cycle would be 100% useless.

When did DAA benefit anyone? I don't see any benefits at any dose.... want real DAA go for oysters. Game changer

You ever try oysters stacked with mussels though? Very synergistic.
