Just a little update..... Allmost done with week 3 of PCT, still sitting around 190-191 Lbs, but BF is up a little, high 13's. Had a neck strain from lifting and had to back off a little for 2 weeks. Better now but I definatelly slipped on working out and diet a little, so that explains the BF increase. Feeling better this week and back in action, seems to be sheding back off a little. So far I've kept about all the gains and sex drive is back in full effect after about a week and a half on PCT. Have to say I'm happy wih results. Really considering a little something stronger for the next cycle, trying for 200Lbs by spring and lower BF.
