Cycle recomendation for Andro Mass/Hard one each.

Thanks, is it ok to take Sustain and TCF-1 at the time or should I stager them a few hours? Thanks for the input, almost ready to rock, Monday starts the cycle. Nice too, have tha day off so I can start it off with some good gym time!!!

Hey another quick question, thus far I work outM-F one body part a day, Chest, Back, Arms, Sholders, Legs, with cardio 2 days a week (usually running, do a 5k race a month)and have made great gains, should I stick with this or try something else. I could go in the am and at lunch so I could do 2 body parts a day, and incorporate more rest days, or hit all body parts twice a week. What do you guys think?

You can take them at the same time.

During PCT, you should be concerned about keeping your gains more so than trying to push yourself.
 
The question on workout schedual was more geared to, is it ideal for on cycle. I know most like the split routines with 2 days on one day off, so should I change up my routine to get more rest days in between, or just stick with what I'm doing. And on cycle, would it be best to try and hit all body parts twice a week, or stick with the once a week route?

Stick with what is working imo, you can alter/add as you go. I know AM is great for allowing quicker recovery times so increasing volume is an option.

I would say up one or the other... you can definitely still stress your joints (perhaps more so) when on AAS.
 
Just a little update... its day 4 on Andro Mass, gonna start a log this weekend once its almost a week. So far no side effects, feeling great, feel alot more pumped in the gym, dont know if the AM has any effect on this, but after hitting Bicepts today, my arms felt like they were gonna pop out of the skin, nice!!! I'm up only a pound so far as of this morning, which I would guess is just all the extra food I'm eating. After going so long on a cutting phase (around 1700-2000 calories)its hard to eat enough, Ive averaged around 3200 calories this week with about 300g protien, 300g carbs, and 70-80g fat, I did get in 4000 calories yesterday though. Hopefully as I get used to eating again it will be easier to eat. So not much to report, seeing as I'm not really seeing effects yet,but I hear it take a little for it to really kick in.

Thanks, might be kicking in!!!! Woke up this morning and I'm up 2.5 pounds over Monday morning!!!!!!!! And to boot my bf% was 13.2 on monday morning, and this morning its at 13% even, NICE!!!! Granted I'm using a handheld Omoron BF monitor, but it has been pretty acurate in my decline over the past couple months, when I first bought it about 4 onths ago I was 199 and showing 16%BF so its been a good tracker. Cant wait to see what this cycle has in store for me!!!!!!! Bring it on!!!
 
With the Omron, just make sure your arm position is consistent as it will have a different reading if your arms are extended on one reading and close to your body on another.

Thanks, yeah I figured that early on, I do it in the same position and at the same time of day to keep it the most accurate. I know is no the most accurate but good for tracking results up or down.
 
As long as it's taken under consistent conditions, it'll give a decent reading. If nothing else, you can use it to track progress.

Thanks, as of Monday, one full week of Andro Mass, I'm up 4 pounds, also up to this point my max bench press was 235 ( I know most of you warm up with that, lol) and on Friday I benched 245 for 2 reps and 255 once. Chest was always my weak point and thats the most I've ever benched!!! So somethings kicking in. So far no side effects which is good, do notice I'm not as defined in the abs, guessing added water weight. And I still have to get a log going, just been busy, dropping a motor in my 72 Duster!!! I'll get there. Also, I've had a bad sholder for about a year now, hurts a little every day, especially the day of and after working chest, but the past week it has felt 80% better. Also started taking Fish and Flax seed oil so dont know if its that, AM, or just the fact I'm eating more lately.
 
Quick tip for shoulder pain: do a set of facepulls between your pressing sets. This will help to correct the internal rotation and to bring some blood to the mid-traps and rear delts.
 
Pretty sure its an internal joint issue, seeing as its been ongoing. Hasnt gotten any worse so I just deal with it, somewhere down the line I'll have it checked out,but as long as I can deal ith it and it stays the same, I'm not worried. But I'll try that!!!

Rodja is there anyway to do facepulls with only a barbell and dumbbell set up?

Also, I also have those cheap resistance bands that you can buy from any sports store. What body position would be best to use? I.e. Pulling up and having the bands at your feet? Or pulling it towards you while having the bands attached to like a vertical structure?

You can use a band for them. Set them up with the band at least chest height and move it up as you choose. You don't have to fixed in one position for them to work.

Thanks, yeah I'm happy so far, still sitting at 4 pounds up,but I definatelly ate a little less the past few days, really gotta start eating more, did much better today, I'm back to a little over 3000 calories. Although I've eaten less, still at 186 and look like a little more defined in the abs today vs Monday. Gonna, bump up the food tomorrow, really gonna press this issue with myself!!!!! Overall I feel great though, looks like I just walke out of the gym all day, tight and pumped, I'm lovin it!!! The rest of this week gonna stick to Mass, then Monday I'm adding in Andro hard, see how that works out!!!

Yeah, Monday starts the Andro Hard into the mix.Doing good so far, up to 187.5 this morning ( from 182 on the starting day), so I'm 5.5 pounds and this monday will be 2 weeks. Feeling bigger and stronger, and it doesnt look like much fat has been added so far, so I'm really happy. Plus it looks like my arms have grown a 1/4 inch in the past 2 weeks, started at 15 1/2" right, 15 5/8" left, now there at 15 3/4 right, 15 7/8 left, nice. I'm sure I could have added a little more if I ate more, but hate to risk gaining too much fat. Cant wait to see what the next 4 weeks bring!!!

I would actually add some cals in when you start the AH, unless you are looking to cut
 
Started Andro Hard today, so doinf 3x2 AM 3x2 AH. Feel great, and had a killer chest workout. As of this morning, I'm up 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks since I started AM, I did slip a little on the diet this weekend, so it might level out a little throught the week, but still 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks, not bad. And I'm not looking to cut, hoping to at least maintain BF while on cycle, then worry about cutting later in the winter. Goal is to gain as much muscle over the fall and winter, then cut to around 10% BF in the late winter/early spring, see how it goes!!!!
 
Thanks!!! Well this week I ended up dropping a pound, then gained a pound back. I think cause I ate bad over the weekend, then lost some and gained good stuff back. So I'm still sitting at 7.5 up, and have gone down in BF throught the week, hit 14% in the begining of the week,back down to 13.4, so traded some fat for muscle. The last week since I started Andro Hard, my sex drive has been flushed down the toilet, dont even think about it lately, and I'm normally all over my wife. Dont know if its from the AH or just that I'm in the 3rd week of Andro Mass, but its definatelly way down!!!!! I know thats a posible side from AM but isnt AH soposed to be the opposite? One week left on Mass, maybe it will return after I'm done with that. Ohh well sacrifices can be made, lol.
 
Loss of libido can happen from the 1-DHEA.

Next version of AM will be much more a test base, with no libido lost and no lethargy (theoretically improving energy levels and libido).

Sex drive came back a little, not like it was but more interested, lol. Its all worth it though, as of today I'm 3 weeks into my cycle, and I'm up to 191 from 182, so I've gained 9 pounds in 3 weeks, and still hovering in the low 13's for BF%, so mostly lean gains. I can definatelly see a difference, as can others, in my size over the past 3 weeks, so I'm happy. 3 Weeks left, 1 week of AM/AH then 2 weeks of AH solo before PCT. I was hoping to gain 10 pounds on this cycle, so I have a pound to go and 3 weeks, so I think I'll pass my goal. So far, loving AM/AH!!!!

Up calories by a bit this last week. The 2 week bridge between PCT with Androhard should work out very well.
 
Just a little update, sorry never got around to doing a log on this run, ohh well. Took the last of the Andro Mass yesterday so now its 2 weeks of Andro Hard solo. Up to 193.5Lbs from a start of 182Lbs, so I'm up 11.5 pounds so far which I'm real happy with, and my strength keeps going up in the gym. I hit incline dumbell presses using 80Lb dumbells yesterday on my last set for 6 reps which is a PR for me, I'm 2 plates away from stacking the 160Lb rack for tricept pushdowns with the rope, again a best for me, and I hit preacher curls using the ez-curl bar with 100Lbs plus the bar which I believe is 15Lbs, so it was 115Lbs, again a PR for me. So I think I'm doing great. Could be better I think, cause I ended up missing 2 leg workoutsdue to various reasons. Feeling and looking much bigger, and I know my arms have gained a solid 1/2" and have evened out to almost the same size, there both at 16"s, which is killer!!!!!!2 weeks to go then PCT.

Actually droppeda couple pounds since on Andro Hard Solo, back down to 190. On the plus side I think I actually lost a little fat over the last week and a half on AH, overall I'm looking much bigger then when I started and can lift much more, so overall so far so good, everyone notices a big difference from 5 weeks ago!!!. If I did it again,I would efinally do 2 bottles of AM and lose the AH. I'll keep it updated through PCT.

AH doesnt really do much for bulking. Its more of a hardening agent I have found. Helps keep muscles full and strength up on a lower than maintenance calorie diet.

This hit the nail on the head. AH is great to tighten and solidify gains, but it's not a mass gainer by any means.
 
Tomorrow is the last day of Andro Hard then I start PCT on Monday. Siting at 191.5Lbs, which is 9.5Lbs over the start of the cycle. Hit the gym pretty hard this week, lots of great workouts. Strength is definatelly way up over the start and feeling great with the exception on a nagging sore neck for the past couple weeks. I hit traps like a madman every week and theyve grown alot, I think thats why my neck has been so stiff, but worked though it. Actually, flexed my back in the mirror the other day and the back of my traps are bulging out and when flexed, have crazy striations. Everything stronger, can rep on flat bench with 245 now, incline dumbell press with 85's for 8 reps, was up to 15 pullups and started using a 25lb plate for 8 reps, can stack the tricept pushdown which is 160lbs. All of this is way above what I was doing 6 weeks ago so I'm supper happy. Hopefully I'm able to keep most gains though PCT and then want to figure out one more bulking cycle towards the end of winter then try to get down to 10%bf by spring. A buddy of mine has a extra cycle of Deca that I can get get cheap, so I'm debating if I want to use that with something or stick to legal supps.

Really the only side I ever got off this AM/AH cycle, was loss of sex drive, its there and performance is not an issue, but most of the time I dont even think about it, which normally I'm all over the wife all the time. So the sides were next to nothing, verry happy!!! I'll post after a couple days of PCT and let you know how thats going.
