Good afternoon,
I am 19, 155 pounds, 5' 10".
I have been cutting for the past month and a half. I am keeping carbs less than 20% of my 1850 calories. Protein makes up 40-50% of the calories. I go to the gym about 4 days a week, and those days mostly consist of weight lifting with a few minutes of cardio at the end. I have been very successful in cutting for the first month (beginning to see abdominals, veins in biceps) but, now things are tapering out and I can burn off the fat on the sides of my hip!
I thought that fat only stayed there for older people.. I don't eat any candy or drink any sodas, my carbs usually come from nuts or vegetables. I drink the occasional glass of milk.
Do I need to drop the weight lifting all together and spend an hour upstairs on cardio to burn off those love handles?
All help is appreciated! Thank you
