Hi lads. New on here. You can check me on UKMuscle forum, the username is still the same there.
Anyway... I'll keep this short:
I want to cut. Currently 98kg at 14%bf (188cm height).
I'm on my 3rd week of test e at 500mg/week (gonna be running it for 12 weeks),addimg masteron at 100mg EOD from week 9 to 12.
Currently on 2500kcals a day... Seeing pretty good results, but it seems like I stalled a bit on this deficit... (Of about 500kcals a day+ 600kcals a week burned with cardio)
Is this possible? What do I do now? I lower to 2400? I fear this way I'm gonna get too low too soon and I'm gonna stall again too soon.
