Cutting. Calorie deficit doubts.

Hi lads. New on here. You can check me on UKMuscle forum, the username is still the same there.

Anyway... I'll keep this short:
I want to cut. Currently 98kg at 14%bf (188cm height).

I'm on my 3rd week of test e at 500mg/week (gonna be running it for 12 weeks),addimg masteron at 100mg EOD from week 9 to 12.

Currently on 2500kcals a day... Seeing pretty good results, but it seems like I stalled a bit on this deficit... (Of about 500kcals a day+ 600kcals a week burned with cardio)
Is this possible? What do I do now? I lower to 2400? I fear this way I'm gonna get too low too soon and I'm gonna stall again too soon.
What do you think?

How long have you been stalled?

My first reaction is to stay there for a bit and try to up gym intensity some. Alternatively, you can go lower on kcal if you like. The big concern would be muscle loss but since you are on gear, I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks pal. Up intensity in the gym isn't an option... I already go all-out lol... Lowering is not a problem if needed... The thing is, i fear I'll have to end the cycle too low on calories if I continue to lower them...
Btw been on 2700 first week, then 2600 second, then 2500 now because I stalled on 2600, but apparently it's not making much of a difference...

People often say this but more often than not, it's not true, especially for those who train without a coach. There are a number of way you can increase the overall intensity of a workout session. Outside of the obvious of increasing load you can increase set/rep, decrease rest, add in supersets, complexes/finishers/metcons, BFR sets, etc

You are dropping kcals both way to fast and not enough imo

I do a lot of this... Very short rest, sometimes squeezing every rep. Superset. Dropset.

I think it's more this. This is my first cutting cycle. So what would you advise? Keep them at 2500 for sometime and see?
Or what?

How did you stall after only one week? Just seems like waiting only one week to see if you stalled is not enough time to see how your body is adapting. I weigh myself only once per week and on the same day/time every week (first thing in the morning). I also don't think one week is really long enough to even see significant mirror progress (seeing fat loss) I would give your body at least a couple of weeks and see where you are and then adjust from there.

Also, I would add in more cardio before I lowered calories.

Indeed this is the 3rd week... Anyway... I'll throw in a bit more cardio

Also, you could post this in the "anabolics" section on here for more feedback. Just seems like you are lowering calories WAY to fast to me. You need to be patient IMO and give your body at least 2 weeks to see how it is adapting to the calories.

That sounds like a solid plan. I would definitely throw in a little more cardio if you are worried about it. It can't hurt and it will give you some mental satisfaction knowing you are burning some more cals.

One thing I've not taken into a count is test e water kickin in this week... Although I use adex. Because looking at my legs they seem a bit more lean, the thing is, weight is remaining the same, so I'll let water weight settle and then I'll see if I restart to loose weight.

Also, focus on mirror progress as well. With anabolics (and naturally as well) it can be tricky sometimes to go only by the scale.
