Going very well and the applications are going on smooth, and my pre-covid and divorce body is slowly coming back. Just in a smaller form. But I am ok with that. The size will come back with time. I have truly been enjoying this.Love the updates. Seems to be going well for you.

a lot of the time mine are very similar to yours, and without cardio I can get done in 30 minutes. Sometimes I do cardio at home walking the dogs, so I kinda feel pathetic in out of the gym so quickly lol
