It is about absorption. 100mg considering it isn’t even the only source is actually quite a bit. It’s usually dosed a lot lower than other forms and is quite expensive.

Most of the time I find theracumin for the same price as elite curcumin at a much lower dosage. That plus two other branded ingredients proven to be absorbed is a win win best curcumin product out and should be a staple for everyone.

There's no comparison; Elite Curcumin is far superior to liposomal curcumin for a variety of reasons.

Liposomal delivery of an ingredient is beneficial for some ingredients but its ingredient dependent and there is nowhere near the research on liposomal delivery of curcumin that there is on Curcumin C3 Complex + Bioperine.

The Elite Curcumin write up covers the different branded and researched forms of Curcumin in Elite Curcumin + the absorption enhancers + Nigella Sativa; and Elite Curcumin is still less expensive than most Liposomal Curcumin's that I've seen.
