Haha sure....She was told theres no way she could squat 225 for 3 reps...called an e stater, blah blah blah. So my question is, is she doing it wrong? keep in mind she is 122lbs and benched 145lbs, lifting for 1 year. she has genetics for sure
The quality of the video isnt that good I will agree. But the fact that a woman can get 225 lbs on her back even is awesome. Heck, I see guys in the gym using those stupid little pads.
She needs to tighten her arch in her lumbar, sit back on her hips, and spread the floor with her feet. She has great raw strength and a terrific base, but her overall technique is a bit raw. Has she done box squats? If not, then she should start doing those on a weekly basis.
