i have been taking creatine mono-hydrate and, people have been saying that the supplements that have more then one form of creatine works better. what do you guys think?
Play around with the other forms and see which works best for you. There is a lot of great anecdotal reviews for most forms (CEE, Kre-alkalyn, Creatine nitrate). I personally think that mono and creatine nitrate are the only two redeemable forms with mono being the best value.
