Creatine Suppliments and Effect

Mr Chris

New member
Hello, my name is Christian but i go by chris

i have just registered and have a question on Creatine Supplements

From what i understand Creatine is produced Naturally by the Body, so therefor when taking it in large doses by Supplement it will decrease the potent stream of Creatine generated by your body

So what this comes down to is

Is using Creatine Supplements actually more dangerous then it seems considering the fact that it may cause your body to rely on the supplement then to create it naturally

when u stop ur body starts making its own again. you only need 3g a day. and u could get this amount if u ate a lot of steak.

Absolutely not the case. You body quickly bumps up synthesis when you stop supplementation. It's studied and proven not to be an issue.

You're 15yo. You're on the petite side. Do you train yet?

And btw, welcome to AM. Stick around and learn from our stupid, pre-internet, pre--butit'sagooglesearchaway mistakes.

I wish somebody told me this at 15:

The most important thing at 15 y/o in training is eating alot and lifting heavy weights.
Don't worry about creatine yet, it won't make you big.
Eating alot and lifting heavy will make you big!

Go check out the bulking section bro!!!

That's a great way to go! Add in PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat, like a bunch. Drink a glass of milk with a pb&j every 3-4 hours, plus 3 squares a day. And lift big.
