Creatine: Pre or post?

Been laying off the creatine for some time now, after downing bottle after bottle of creatine-laced pre and post-workout supps. Just recently put a stack together by Controlled Labs, which includes Green Magnitude, and I was wondering, based on the experiences of people here, what makes for better gains with creatine: taking it pre-workout, or post-workout?

Can be used both...Some people like that fullness pre-workout with their protein drinks others don't take in carbs or protein until post workout. Just make sure you take it with carbs to get the true effect.
 
Pre as most creatines contain preworkout enhancers as well (Green MAG, Ragnarok, etc)

Agreed....Our's (Neovar) is desgined as a post workout recomp. Based on the blend of phophate/monohydrate to mimic insulation comsumption. It just depends on the product.

Depends on the individual. Some people dose only pre-training, others pre and post-training, and some only post-training. Some also only dose on training (and by training I mean RESISTANCE training) days and others use every day. Personally I've found that I get the best results when dosing pre and post-training daily.

What the product is and any other effects it may have will also determine timing of dosing for it.
 
i dose intra-workout,....the feeling of the creatine running through my veins makes me go crazy on the weights.......
 
Pre-WO, on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before lifting, with whey and Glutamine makes for great pumps and recovery.JMO
 
intra, why? because it gives me that extra boost to go to... beast mode... when im hitting the 3 or 4th set of bench and need a "power punch" to hit the last rep I look no further than my creatine. It makes me feel like a beast and re-energizes me, no joke, I've had days without my creatine and I usually miss that one last rep. Also look on the directions of your creatine if you don't believe me, mine- Size On, was meant to be taken intra. So always look at the directions if you are trying to figure that kind of stuff out.
 
I take it pre. To be honest I've tried it every which way and it didn't make a difference. So now I just take it pre, it makes things easier.
