Creatine Pre or Post Workout?

If you want to dose pre or post workout, I would opt for post-workout. Timing really isn't important with creatine though.
 
I remember reading on ergo-log that athletes who ingested 5grams post workout has better strength output that those that dosed 5grams pre.

I'm on a crea-tona so I'm doing 2-6 caps post, depending on the intensity level.
 
I've always taken it post. Just a habit.
 
Most of the time I take 2.5g pre and 2.5g post workout. When I don't do it this way I opt for all 5 grams post workout. Although, I do not believe it would make a significant difference either way.
 
once your 100% saturated it shouldn't make a difference....i'm sure a lot of us have tried every method in the world too....right now i take it pre and intra

but i used to just dose it in the morning knowing i was going to work and drinking water at my desk all day
 
I've seen a couple of studies now that claim post equates to better strength gains over time. Only a few %, but hey, every little bit helps.
