Most of the time I take 2.5g pre and 2.5g post workout. When I don't do it this way I opt for all 5 grams post workout. Although, I do not believe it would make a significant difference either way.
once your 100% saturated it shouldn't make a difference....i'm sure a lot of us have tried every method in the world too....right now i take it pre and intra
but i used to just dose it in the morning knowing i was going to work and drinking water at my desk all day
