I'm done buying expensive creatines, because from what i've read creatine monohydrate is just as effective. My question is...

How much do you take Daily? Just five grams pre or post workout? Or should you dose an additional 5 grams in the morning or night? Also, if i take creatine with protein post workout, will the protein effect the absorbtion of the creatine?

i personally only take creatine preworkout... but supposedly the best way is just 5 grams pre and post workout... only on workout days...

I used 5g preworkout and within a couple days I really felt it working. That's all you really need.

I personally like monohydrate too, one can always be sure it is working :) I especially like Jack3d - thats the real deal!

Some people claim you need to preload for the first 5 days with 20grams, but I think that has been since proven to be un-necessary

If you have used creatine recently and merely only switching to CrM, then only 3-5g is needed for daily saturation.
If you are "new" to creatine, you can load, but it's unnecessary.

You can take creatine pre and/or post, and I prefer PRE.
If you were to take it with your protein shake afterwards, it will not affect the absorption of either the creatine or protein. So you will be good to go.

Not sure if you were trying to make two different statements there and just goofed or if you intentionally called Jack3d creatine which it certainly isn't....

I think this guy whant's to know if 10 grams of creatine with 75 grams of sugar is effective. I'm sure that he knows that that's what the product is.

I actually agree with you Big, but he specifically said "other than the sugar". I think he whant's to know if anyone actually tried it and found it to be useless, or if (MT's insulin from sugar helps you absorb all the creatine marketing) has some validity.
