Starting off my summer with the addition of these two supps. Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions about using them together, or if there's anything I should know about their combination
endoamp + creatine 30-50min preWO then more creatine PostWO.
I would also add in pp's Beta-Alanine at 1g 3-4X a day (one dose being with your endoamp PreWO)
