creatine, creatine, creatine

I know there's lots of creatine out there, but I just ran across 2 that I personally hadn't seen. Creatine monohydrate hcl and creatine ethyl ester hcl. So... Are any of these better than the others? Between these 2, which is better? Anyone had a chance to try these?

Creatine Monohydrate Creapure and Magnesium Creatine Chelate are the best.
Don't waste your money on Creatine Ethyl Ester.

creatine monohydrate is obviously the best choice
but creatine nitrate is the only other creatine i will ever take besides mono.

For those who suffer from GI issues/bloating due to osmotic effects of monohydrate even at lower doses, SNS makes MCC caps which utilize a different uptake system at the enterocyte.

been seeing a lot of creatine posts lately. Look into con-cret it's a creatine hcl and it works fantastic. great ratings too

I figure I'd write this in this post too because cooper thinks I'm a shill

Your only argument was that it was overpriced...By like 10 dollars.....if 10 dollars is a huge issue get a new job.
ok sure sooooooo much more expensive but it's a solid creatine product and I firmly believe in creatine hcl.
A lot of the proteins that have creatine in it is monohydrate and they make the claims that you can gain 10 or 15 lbs, which can be true but it's party due to the monohydrate holding in more water. monohydrate makes you bloat more so when you get off it you're more likely to lose weight.
You also don't have to load conc-cret or cycle it but in my opinion you don't need to cycle any creatine. I used monohydrate and made some good gaines but did lose weight after wards. with con cret I didn't lose weight.

No I am not a shill if I was I'd have more posts than this and would be against ph's saying you only need a solid creatine product to make gains...which is true if you're under 21 but I'm pro steroids and I think they should be legal if you just are regularly checked by a doctor

My advice is not misleading it's just my opinion. obviously you have an opinion on which product works.....so do I

on my statement about preworkouts having creatine in them I was mentioning that saying you doint have to take your preworkout and a creatine supplement right before yourworkout. you'd probablly hit the ****ter mid workout.

Answered in the other thread. If you're not a shill, then you're misinformed. You can thank me later for saving you money.

I like keeping the size and weight gains so i'll spend 10 bucks. I'm not against monohydrate, it's in my favorite protein. It's kinda like the apple and android. both have their ups and downs, in the end its nearly the same thing and comes down to preference.

All PCr stores will diminish to baseline after ceasing creatine use, irrespective of the creatine form.

All creatine causes intramuscular water retention, and thus you will lose weight once you go back down to baseline PCr levels.

You're missing my point entirely, which is that the ends are the same.

What is with all the creatine threads? Also, why is everyone scared of 2 lbs of water weight? Are you afraid it is all going to go to your hips?
