If you could create your own on cycle support supplement what ingredients would you use?

Mine would look like

Celery Seed Extract
100 mg

Hawthorn Berry
500mg

Saw palmetto
250mg

Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid
500mg
 
There's many pre-made options on the market, you don't like any of them?

Cycle Assist seems to be the most popular in this area, and contains what you want above sans the TUDCA: Invalid Link Removed
 
Go with CEL Cycle assist, has everything you're looking for on that list except for the TUDCA and much more.

You'd probably (definitely) want more than 500mg of TUDCA if you were going to go the TUDCA route as well, which just gets cost prohibitive.
 
I used to try to make my own on cycle supports. Epic fail, Cycle Assist was more convenient and as I recall, no more expensive.

200mg saw palmetto
500mg tudca
1000mg NAC
Sam E 400mg

Or just get lgi damage control. All those goodies if you double dose it
 
Pretty cost prohibitive to use make your own. TUDCA at 500mg is on the low end, and it's very expensive to dose correctly. I always roll with Cycle Assist and it's done me well over the years.

As most have said cycle Assist is the way to go the only thing I might add is TUDCA depending on the cycle.
