Ok, so question, Insopro-R, should I not be taking it then if I am consuming moderate to low carbs? I eat about a can of Asparagus, Green Beans or something realted, sometimes Beans as well with every meal, would that not be enough Carbs for me to be taking it? Would it have any adverse effects?

I also take Chromium Picolinate before most of my meals (consistent basically of what described above, plus a lot of protein from lean sources), or before I eat a good chunk of almonds of pecans.

Good or bad idea?

Adverse effects? Not typically, you just have to watch out you don't go hypo. I could be wrong, but from what I gather that's the only "adverse" effect you'd have to watch for. And that only happens to some people, not all, and I'd believe that the hypoglycemic effect would also be dose dependent.

Yeah, going hypo would be the adverse effect I was curious about, didn't know if there were any "other".

I just take one cap, but just kinda curious since I take it pre every meal, and was even thinking about taking it on an empty stomach during my IF period.

Don't know what the dose of na-r-ala is in InsoPro-R, but I take a 100mg dose of na-r-ala before bed w/o any problems (empty stomach).

200mg of primaforce Inosoporo-r and I feel super sleepy (like hypo symptoms) and is stabilized too (I ask the owner some questions) and put on temps over 100° and until is powdery not "cloggy pasted" so for me has my vote any day.
