Yea it usually takes a two weeks or so to reach saturation, after it does though... its nice.

Gobbled my twelve crea trona with my preworkout and hit my shoulders with some core work. Twelve of them suckers is a whole lotta pump starting with the first set. Seriously, banged out my first set of ten reverse flys and immediately balloned up.
