I like the feeling of eights caps crea trona, my rest periods were way down, strength is still on the rise and i havent been sore in days. Slight soreness in my legs, very mild compared to before i started this stack.

Rest periods being shorter is a good sign of increased ATP as well as endurance being up...
 
Instead of my usuall turkey sausage i had 3 whole extra large eggs with my oatmeal this morning. Went in and banged out shoulders, with trap and ab work at the end. Took my eight crea trona, waited for the creatine vibes and went and got swole.

Love me some osta

I wasn't getting much for the research stuff but this stuff is damn good, took a long time to really kick in. What has me impressed is the quality of the gains. Could be me eating just around maintenance though.

Assuming its Osta rx or ostanish?

Yea it usually takes a two weeks or so to reach saturation, after it does though... its nice.

Osta Rx I did not notice till week 4 ... how do the 2 compare ? Ostanish is much cheaper...

I always gone the RC route from the same company everytime. Yet to try either osta rx or ostanish. The followers of elite are die hard, here nothing but good reviews on their powders...

Bb curl (includes bar weight) 65x10x3
Hammer curl- 25x10x4

Massive pump. Absolutely loved it. Fatige seems to be no where to he found!

Will be cracking open my second bottle of crea trona within the next couple days as well. Going to take tomorrow and sunday off, satarday ill be hitting legs though.

11/2/12 - off day/cheat day after 4pm lol

Lets see.. i had a serious sweet tooth yestarday.

I had:
4 small chocolate chocolate chip cookies
2 slices of pb and j pie (tastes delish)
Couple snack size reeses and heath bars (left over halloween candy)
And a 2/3 lb burger from wendys

Back on it today though :D i try and have a single cheat day every two or so weeks.. helps me stay sane

Wow that's a lot with the lean diet you follow even with the cheat day! Good for you if you hit 155 you will look like a beast! What is you goal weight

I wanna get back to 160lb. Then ill probably jump on cycle.. methylclostebol or dimeth :D

I ended my pct on my last cycle at 171 O_o but i was also around 16-17% bf
 
Being a big guy who is very lean I like to go for very small quality gains and stay lean but I know it might be different for those who have more difficulty. Just don't get on the seesaw battle with high fat.

Glycobol is def helping me from bloating with the amount of carbs im eating. Food pumps as well :D
 
Dayum... 12 caps at one time is a lot, I mean I don't know if I recommend that Bro. I mean 4 in the AM and then 4 before your workout, then 4 before bed sounds ok, but 12 all at the same time sounds excessive to me, just my opinion though.

Gobbled my twelve crea trona with my preworkout and hit my shoulders with some core work. Twelve of them suckers is a whole lotta pump starting with the first set. Seriously, banged out my first set of ten reverse flys and immediately balloned up.

Db upright row- 25x10x2 30x10x2
BTN bb military- 95x10x2 100x10x2
Reverse peck deck- 100x10x2 110x10 drop set 90x11
Db lateral 15x10x3

Definitely ordering more of crea trona on pay day :D powdered version though. At the twelve caps a day im poppin i have just over ten days left... ill see where i weigh on my last dose.

6 for me is almost too much pump, it's fun but I find that I get so pumped it washes out the definition in my arms...
 
Some mandatory poses, lighting doesnt do my leg shot justice so i didnt post it. As you can see my lower stomach has smoothed out :) lol still got four poppin though! Front double bi looked like shat as well with the lighting and i forgot to hit a front lat spread... heres the update. 15lbs heavier from october 13th.
