I think he mentioned intense cardio is real, real difficult for him also.

I did only very very light cardio during my h-drol cycle and still lost bodyfat. He's wasting energy IMO with heavy cardio during a halo cycle.

Also agreed with PistonPump regarding the MMV2 dosing. I tend to hit a wall right around day 28 or 30 in my cycles. That would be a good place to up the MMV2 dosage. If it helps you can keep the cycle going. If it doesn't, no harm because you've already had a successful cycle and won't be pissed if you have to bail a little earlier than expected.

Notes: Bumped my MMv2 to 5 caps per day, for the remainder of the log and see what happens. Was day off today but got in a game of rugby (touch) which was good for a light run around. Need a good sleep now as I'm feeling quite tired and body needs some rest. This week is meant to be my final week on the cycle, we will see what happens, if the gains keep coming I might go to 6 weeks. We will see.

Personal Commentary: Good session, great painful delt pumps, good tricep workout, hit PR's on almost all my tricep exercises.
Dosed 1 mmv2 this morning and 3 pre workout. I think I prefer to run it 2 and 2. I also think I might keep 4 mmv2's and rather up my h-drol to 100mg's for this last week. If lethargy kicks in I will also up the mmv2's.

So upping h-drol to 100mg this week, hopefully will see some weight gain again. Reasoning for upping it was I weighed myself today and weight was the same as 3 days ago. SO will up the dosage for this last week and see how i feel.
 
Just popped another h-drol, so that's 100mgs today all up... I'll continue to update how this makes me feel and results due to the increase.

Personal Commentary: Back pumps... ouch.... seems like 100mg hdrol has made this a slight problem. Time to start taking taurine again. Other than that strenth is up again and libido is increasing again.

100mg hdrol seems nice, so far so good. MMv2 seems to go really well with it to stop the lethargy and the added aggression is excellent. Recovery is still insane, pump is insane and mental attitude is awesome.
 
Extra notes: Feeling like a million dollars on hdrol right now, upping to 100mgs is feeling real good.

honesty I liked the mmv2 more than anavar, not positive how great my var was but I def liked the mmv2 more.

That should be a nice stack since lethargy was strong when I ran an epithio. Hopefully 20mg Epi was a typo. 40mg was about where I STARTED to see some effect.

I'd say start at 3 caps, then work your way up to 5 per day, and I think 6 weeks should be fine. Make sure you run a nice little PCT after :)

Well I havn't taken all my mmv2 pre before. I have done 1 then 2 pre, and 2 then 3 pre. I feel me doing 2 then 2 pre seems to be working really well and if lethargy kicks in this final week I'll up it to 3 pre.
 
I'd say start at 3 caps, then work your way up to 5 per day, and I think 6 weeks should be fine. Make sure you run a nice little PCT after :)

Might take a rest day today, body feels like I need one and some mental relaxation is also required. It's weird, body feels pretty fresh but think my mind is a bit worn out. So I think I'll take today off and come back hard and strong tomorrow.

Sides notes: Acne has started to increase since bumping h-drol to 100mgs, nothing huge but skin is olier for sure and I'm getting spots I'd usually not get, like I said nothing major but worth mentioning, at 75mgs there was none of this.

Notes: Was nice to have a rest day, already feel better. Been a full on week at work and with trianing so much my brain was ready to rest. Will have a good sleep tonight and do my last leg workout on cycle... damn shame really. I have noticed the weight gain has slowed down now, the pumps and strength continue to go up but I have to remind myself what I wanted out of this cycle, and that was to gain some mass. Few more days then into PCT with t911 which I can't wait to try.

Also will be using 1-carboxy at night during PCT and LG's new bcaa/eaa product to help preserve this muscle ;)
 
Latest weigh in: 15.4lb increase so far!! Great news!!
So the last 5 days I managed to gain 2 lbs approx... not bad really.
 
question bro- I see you tapered up the 6-oxo and then tapered it down. would you advise doing this rather than just starting high and tapering it down?

Either way might work. My train of thought was tapering up the 6oxo as I tapered down my SERM. If you don't run a SERM along side 6oxo you possibly could start high and just taper down. I'll be running t911 now, so I'll taper that down as I taper 6oxo up.

Yeah hdrol certainly treated me well, few sides (only mild acne) and the positives seem to out-weigh the negatives.
