LOL I actually did the hard work for fun! No comps for me. I did 5.5 weeks of a diet for the Olympia in Sept.

I'm trying to get it done for the Arnold, but I really went wayyy of diet after the Olympia.

I think there are pics in one of my thread..somewhere..
