I haven’t used peakO2 on its own, but I love quake 10.0. I did this semi “CrossFit” conditioning course (made by a power/oly trainer to address conditioning usually not present in powerlifting programs) and I switched between OL reign and quake 10.0, and noticed I had better conditioning workouts off quake, even though reign had more stims. But I see bulk peakO2 on Nutraplanet for cheap, so I’ve been looking at buying and dosing it daily.
For standalone Cordyceps, reishi, and lions mane: I’ve used RawRevelations brand and loved them all. Can’t say I had any gym performance increases off reishi or LM, but definitely felt the difference with Cordyceps. My second run was adding it to the quake and felt like my progress went quicker than most others in that 6 week program.
Typically, I lift 5x5 or peak for doubles or triples, but occasionally I’ll throw in 8x5s for squats. But during that program, I was hitting PRs every week and have since kept some sort of daily conditioning. Long story short, I love the shrooms
