I really like Peak02 for its ability to increase workout endurance. It provides a good noticeable boost in the gym. So I am not knocking the product. I just feel that the Cordyceps in it is what’s really doing the work. The product has a good quality Cordyceps in it and that’s what brings the endurance enhancing aspect.
I have used ALL of the mushrooms that are in Peak02 on their own. Not one (besides Cordyceps) of them made a noticeable difference during my workout.
Cordyceps on its own gives me the same if not better workout endurance as Peak02 does in my experience.
