That last recipe blew my others out of the water for post reach, so expect more "cheat" meals like that to come, between the ones I can eat regularly

Raw Photos, Full resolution, try not to drool.

The stack:

Perfectly golden. My trick is honestly my pan, it maintains even and constant heat on the whole surface, it is a quite pricey German Titanium pan, heavy as hell because of the thickness.

Boom?

My thoughts on the Epic Spread:
Those bits you see in it aren't all crumbs from the broken Speculoos cookies, those are toffee bits that are in the nut butter.
Somehow, this thing has lower cals than my peanut butter. It is a mix of Peanut, Cashew, and Coconut. It is 180 cals for 2 tbsp

Based on the macros alone, this is a total win. I have had stronger tasting base flavors from other brands before, but actually getting toffee in here at these cals makes me give this a 9/10 value as a dietary option.

Taste alone, This one is a 7/10 for me, I think I am digging into Birthday Cake next!

I have zero association with the company, but I have the whole line to try out now, I'll share my thoughts for any interested

Calories per cookie: 95
5g protein, 14g carbs, 3g fat ?

Managed that with some real brown sugar, butter, and a pile of chocolate chips ?

Ingredients: (My batch was 20, or a dozen large)
?2 scoops Select Gourmet Vanilla Protein
?1.5 cups flour
?0.5 cups Oatmeal (I used custom brown sugar flavoured oats)
?3 tbsp butter, softened
?1 egg
?1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
?1 tsp baking powder
?1 tsp salt
?1/4 cup brown sugar
?3/4 cup splenda
?1 tbsp molasses
?1 tbsp syrup (I used calorie free)
?1 tbsp brown sugar extract
?1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

?Preheat oven to 375
?In a large bowl beat the butter with the splenda and brown sugar until smooth
?add in the egg and all wet ingredients, mix well.
?In a medium bowl whisk together flour, protein, and other powders
?add the dry mixture to the wet, 1/2 a cup at a time and mix well, then stir in the chocolate chips. chill this bowl in a fridge 15 minutes
?Spray cooking sheets with non-stick spray, get out your dough mixture
?Grab pieces of dough in the size you desire, roll into balls in your hands and place them on the baking sheets
?Flatten these balls on your baking sheets, use the bottom of a glass or anything not prone to sticking
?Bake at 300 for 5-7 minutes (depends on your thickness)
?Devour.

Haha I will be sure to request a Churro option be added, but their German chocolate + cinnamon is pretty great.

I try not to advertise for them here though and just stick to my board associations

To answer your question that spread on the right is drizzled on some Speculoos cookies I had left
