1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt

orange extract (1tsp)
Walden Farms International chocolate syrup
orange food colouring (optional)
Preheat oven to 375, spray 2 mini loaf pans with non-stick or oil
Combine all dry main ingredients and whisk together
Add water to match pancake directions, +1/4 cup more. Also mix in the egg and extract.
Pour this into your pans
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Mix your Vanilla protein with enough water to just be runny, (or milk) add in extract and colouring if desired

only downside is that you could eat that whole trey in a matter of bites they are so small and caloric dense. them feels.
Not a downside at all. Just skip the cut into 12 step and rock on!
1300 kcals later LOL
It's all part of what I call deliciously bulking or the screw-it-I'll-just-be-fat diet.
Can't get fat when you Select the best mate![]()
Lol, well the batch is almost done already between sharing with family and Jana.
I had a few squares and all the extra crumbs
A few hundred cals (which does have protein, and a great taste) were more than worth it to me for a treat.
I did opt to call these "driven bars" it's a texture I die for and a lot of flavours I love.
Have already tested other variations of this.
I was actually excited at the possibility of being able to ship this one, but it would be in a freezer bag as batter, and need to just be pressed into a tray and refrigerated 2+ hours then cut.
1.5 cups Kodiak Cakes Powercakes mix.
1.5 scoops Select Protein
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 large eggs
4 tbsp eggwhites
2tsp stevia
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
250g FF cream cheese
3/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
1 tbsp stevia
walnuts & cinnamon garnish
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
Beat your eggs, combine with other liquids, mix and stir into main bowl.
On a non-stick pan, preferably a small one, I like to use butter on my surface here, you can, or any non-stick. Turn stovetop on medium
Your batter should be runnier than pancake batter, scoop about 1/4 cup into your pan each time and it should flatten itself and spread on its own
Let cook until bottom firms, flip for another minute, transfer to plate
If desired add a spread between layers, or top at the end
