You're on a recipe rampage dude!

Lol, well the batch is almost done already between sharing with family and Jana.

I had a few squares and all the extra crumbs ;)

A few hundred cals (which does have protein, and a great taste) were more than worth it to me for a treat.

I did opt to call these "driven bars" it's a texture I die for and a lot of flavours I love.
Have already tested other variations of this.

I was actually excited at the possibility of being able to ship this one, but it would be in a freezer bag as batter, and need to just be pressed into a tray and refrigerated 2+ hours then cut.

Make sure they are covered very well and have a ton of insulation so they do not break.. Always a PITA When sending baked goods.

Protein Cinnamon Rolls!
Recipe Yields 10.

Invalid Link Removed

170 cals each. Yes, icing included.
10g protein, 24g carbs, 3.5g fat

Using PEScience Select Snickerdoodle Protein, grab yours here: Invalid Link Removed

Ingredients:
2 scoops Select Protein Powder
2.5 cups flour
1 packet quick rising yeast
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup light margarine
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp stevia (some may prefer more)
1 tbsp sugar
Frosting:
100g FF cream cheese
1/2 cup Splenda blended to icing sugar size
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Heat milk and 1/4 cup margarine to a luke warm level, transfer to large mixing bowl, sprinkle yeast over top of it and let activate by your packet directions.
After it has activated add a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp sugar, stir.
Add in flour and protein 0.5-1 cups at a time and stir it in, very sticky, I'd suggest a wooden spoon.
once rolled into a ball, remove it and clean/grease the bowl, replace the dough in it
Set bowl somewhere warm (a common practise is to have a tray of hot water on a rack below it in an oven.) Let it rise for an hour, it should almost double in size.
flour a countertop lightly and roll out your dough on it, in a large rectangle ideally.
In a small bowl stir together your sweetener, cinnamon, and remaining margarine. Spread this mixture over the dough.
Roll the dough up and with a good serrated knife cut 1-2" rolls, mine were 1.5"
Transfer into a greased pan or even ramekins, bake at 350 for about 26 minutes.
Let cool, make your icing, top it
Devour.

Protein cinnamon rolls just in time for the weekend! Thank you for posting the recipe :)

Any time, always will here for AM :)

Worth trying^ even though working with yeast means a lot more time added, it does essentially double the volume of this dough, which cuts calories by volume of food.
KlutzyLifter and I smashed all 10 already, why not. ;)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Protein Cupcakes. ‪#‎glutenfree‬

105 calories each:
12g protein, 11g carbs(4 fibre), 3g fat.

In these I used PEScience Select protein, which you can find here: Invalid Link Removed

Invalid Link Removed

Ingredients: (for 10 servings)
?3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
?1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
?1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats (MyOatmeal gets a 5 star here)
?3/4 scoop Select Peanut Butter Cup protein
?1 omega egg
?1 egg white
?1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
?1 cup sweetener (splenda was used, can sub)
?1 tsp baking powder
?3/4 cup prepared PBlean powdered peanut butter (or use a light PB)

Directions:
?Super simple as long as you have a good blender/vita-mix/other.
?Pre-heat oven to 350
?Everything but peanut butter/PB Lean gets blended together. This will take some time depending on your blender as there are few wet ingredients, may need to shake/scrape sides and re blend a few times.
?Pour into a greased muffin pan, bake for about 20 minutes, use a toothpick test (if it comes out clean, done, if not send it back in 2-3 mins and retest)
?let cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and indent tops, fill with almost a full serving of PB Lean each ? or melt your peanut butter in the microwave if you don't have the powdered version.
?If you want to, Let it sit out, I prefer it best when a fudge-like consistency so I refrigerated it a couple hours. Also optionally top with mini chocolate chips
?Devour
