Item: Hot Diggity Dog Pringles
Purchased Price: FREE
Size: 5.96 oz. can
Purchased at: Received from PR firm (available at Walgreens)
Rating: 9 out of 10
Pros: Spot on hot dog and mustard flavor. Makes me want to pretend to be a competitive eater. Best Pringles name of all-time.
Cons: I imagine there are many people who won’t like the processed meat flavor. Comes in smaller can than regular Pringles. As of this posting, exclusive to Walgreens.

Fluff your egg whites, and fold them into your dry ingredients last = extra fluffy pancakes.

Not worth the extra time few minutes if I'm just cooking for myself. It's going to be consumed right away so I don't really care about them being extra fluffy. If I'm cooking/baking for others, I will put in the extra effort.

to each their own. I like quality over quantity. But it does help with the final product and rising.

Snickerdoodle Cookie Edible Protein Bowls!

-Shown with Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Half Baked.

Invalid Link Removed

Per Bowl: 188 Calories
17g protein, 18.5g carbs (2g sugar), 5g fat*

To find all my recipes head over to "driven2lift" on Instagram

*I used butter in this that can be omitted for more greek yogurt if you prefer, but this is a Snickerdoodle, treat yourself to legit one ;)

Ingredients:

3 scoops Snickerdoodle protein

1.5 cups flour

3 tbsp butter, softened*

1/4 cup egg-whites

1 2/3 cups 0% greek yogurt

2/3 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup splenda

1 tbsp syrup (I used calorie free)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Seperate:

3 tbsp splenda

1 tbsp cinnamon

Invalid Link Removed

Directions:

This recipe will require a pan designed to cook bowls, or anything of appropriate size that can be inverted and is oven safe (ramekins on a cookie sheet for instance)

Preheat oven to 375

In a large bowl beat the butter with the splenda until smooth

add in the egg-whites and all wet ingredients, (not yogurt) mix well

In a medium bowl whisk together flour , protien, and other powders

add the dry mixture to the wet, 1/2 a cup at a time and mix well, chill this bowl in a fridge 15 minutes

Spray pan with non-stick spray, get out your dough mixture

In a small bowl mix your aside ingredients for the coating

wet your hands and grab large pieces of dough, roll into balls in your hands , roll in the coating bowl, and place them (and flatten over your form) on the pan as directed

Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes (this time really varies with the pan, but it is very doughy to start, and becomes springy and form once cooked, it will not brown much at this temp)

Devour.

Sooooo delicious!!!! Send me some! I'm only in California!

I bet those would ship 2-3 days just fine but beyond that unrefrigerated... I wouldn't want to send you something that's gone stale, or bad.

I could always figure out an alternative something if you want to try out some baked goods though :)

Lol, you're so awesome, thank you! I think I'm a little nervous to bake because it has never turned out good. Another excuse and it's so horrible is that I've never turned on my oven... Yes, yes, I've been in my home for six years and have never baked anything here. :/ I would really like some no bake recipes. :D
