3 loaves got destroyed in no time lol
I must say, those look pretty freakin good
He's smart for making only three loaves lol
You're telling me, lol.
Devoured that so fast with my gf after taking the shots
Nope that's on me lol, I enjoy cooking and we both enjoy food so we appreciate the fact that I can (she can't a lot of things, but she is part Indian and does a mean curry)
Would/will do that when we come through, for sure
Those don't look like pancakes
Money only has one level: pancake deity

Yesssss big Canadian sounding stack of pancakes ftw
1 scoop Select milk chocolate protein
1 cup coconut oil
5 tbsp coconut flour
200g raspberries
4 cups 0% greek yogurt
1 tbsp stevia (or other, to taste)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Blend or process the raspberries and empty into a mixing bowl
microwave your coconut oil to melt and be clear
Add that, and all other ingredients and mix well, whisk or even beat it together until thick and smooth
transfer to a 10x8 (8x8 works) dish lined with wax paper, freeze 4+ hours
let thaw enough to cut, cut into 30+ fudge pieces and either refreeze to enjoy later or enjoy. These will get melty if left out too long.
Devour.Copy/pasting this lazily from Instagram, lol, (I am dead tired this morning) but AM gets a bonus photo as per usual![]()

Something beautiful just happened, better photos and recipe tomorrow!
Fluffy pancakes are fluffy
100g VitaFiber syrup
1.5 scoops Select Cookies n Cream protein
2 tbsp coconut flour
optional: krisda sugar free chocolate chips
In a medium-small bowl combine all ingredients but chocolate chips
stir and mash with your spoon until well mixed, thick, and no longer sticky (more flour if needed)
roll into 2-3 truffles (I went for 2 very large truffles)
coat in melted chocolate if desired
Devour. When you add an egg and egg whites to the wet and then spin a hand wisk between your palms, that seems to do the trick without breaking out the electric hand mixer!
Fluff your egg whites, and fold them into your dry ingredients last = extra fluffy pancakes.
to each their own. I like quality over quantity. But it does help with the final product and rising. Not worth the extra time few minutes if I'm just cooking for myself. It's going to be consumed right away so I don't really care about them being extra fluffy. If I'm cooking/baking for others, I will put in the extra effort.
3 scoops Snickerdoodle protein
1.5 cups flour
3 tbsp butter, softened*
1/4 cup egg-whites
1 2/3 cups 0% greek yogurt
2/3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup splenda
1 tbsp syrup (I used calorie free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp cinnamon
This recipe will require a pan designed to cook bowls, or anything of appropriate size that can be inverted and is oven safe (ramekins on a cookie sheet for instance)
Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl beat the butter with the splenda until smooth
add in the egg-whites and all wet ingredients, (not yogurt) mix well
In a medium bowl whisk together flour , protien, and other powders
add the dry mixture to the wet, 1/2 a cup at a time and mix well, chill this bowl in a fridge 15 minutes
Spray pan with non-stick spray, get out your dough mixture
In a small bowl mix your aside ingredients for the coating
wet your hands and grab large pieces of dough, roll into balls in your hands , roll in the coating bowl, and place them (and flatten over your form) on the pan as directed
Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes (this time really varies with the pan, but it is very doughy to start, and becomes springy and form once cooked, it will not brown much at this temp)
Devour.Really cool and unique recipe! One of the best I've ever seen.Invalid Link Removed

I bet those would ship 2-3 days just fine but beyond that unrefrigerated... I wouldn't want to send you something that's gone stale, or bad.
I could always figure out an alternative something if you want to try out some baked goods though![]()
Lol, you're so awesome, thank you! I think I'm a little nervous to bake because it has never turned out good. Another excuse and it's so horrible is that I've never turned on my oven... Yes, yes, I've been in my home for six years and have never baked anything here. :/ I would really like some no bake recipes.![]()
I got about a dozen on my youtube (Bkupniewski)
Cheese cakes, no bake protein balls, rice pudding's... etc.
Thank you! I'll check them out!![]()
No problem let me know anything else I can help with

Recipe and shots of that will come later
Delicious! Is that sriracha???!?
1 scoop white chocolate mint Select
100g vitafiber
2 peppermint Oreo cookies
Coconut flour as needed
In a small bowl Combine Protein and vitafiber with a spoon, this takes some effort as we want it quite thick.
Add coconut flour as needed to make it less sticky, or thick enough to be malleable.
Divide batter into 4 balls
Flatten two onto a plate, place an oreo on each and press down. Roll the edges up oreo's sides.
Flatten remaining batter balls onto the top of each
Place in fridge 20 minutes
