Cooking with whey

Hard to top the actual marshmallow and graham cracker pieces inside a whey protein. Boom!

Every other company I tried has failed .... ProJYM, Trutein, etc Their problem is soft graham pieces that just melt away smh.

I haven't tried it yet but I will. I have animals birthday cake (franks) and chocolate chocolate chip in the chamber as well. My next order will probably be cellucor and trutien if I can get a hold of it.

Then muscle pharm then the arnold series then more muhaha

Both the animals are kinda boring. The cake is almost identical to corfetti, maybe a tad sweeter but not as "cake-y".

The choc choc chip is totally boring and basically plain chocolate with very few actual chips and the ones that are are so tiny they're barely even visible.

AI Whey and Trutein both released BDay flavours too ... curious about those.

If you support a company who's owner has been to jail twice and had multiple QC issues and wont release a 3rd party test then yeah..

You've gotta let this go... Jeni's has had multiple QC issues and you still support them...

Anyone tried the APS protein?

Why doesnt trutein post a 3rd party test or label then? Why would a company hide if it truly meets label claims

Anytime they are questioned on other sources or websites they change the subject or ignore the question asked.
Not to mention they had to change the name of the company 3 times. It doesn't help them in their defense. Nor with them lowering the amount of egg protein in their product (Some flavors are not 20% egg anymore) yet the price is the same. So when they use more whey instead of egg the price should drop, but it did not.

Just my opinion. I met the owner (Greg), the guy stalked Jaime eason at the arnold classic and came to the scivation booth every 30-45 minutes asking to speak to mike (Their owner) over and over and over and over again. Just was not a fan.

Maybe they just don't want to pay for it? I don't know, nor do I particularly care. I buy trutien for their unique flavoring. If I want pure quality, pes is my go to

Why would a company not invest in proving their product meets standards? Why does every other company out there post a 3rd party test when they are questioned.

Its not going to break their bank and would provide validity to their product and the bad claims they have had in the past. Not to mention we know how "Skeptical" this whole industry is, since companies are getting caught left and right spiking their products.

People are still skeptical after how they lowered the 40/40/20 ratio in their product and all the issues they have had in the past which gives them a bad image. It would really help redeem their quality and company standards.

The chips set it over the top for me. You can't replicate something like that. Especially because I'm a taste AND texture guy.

Mouth feel is a thing.
thats what she said lol : )

i get you though and agree.

Some yogurt, blueberries, phase 8 peanut butter chocolate and greek yogurt made into a quick mix ice cream.

Clearly it's not effecting their sales tho... They're always up there for awards and such. Why put money into something you don't need? At the end of the day it's simply about profit, and clearly they're not hurting

What awards? they won nothing this year at the olympia awards lol \
their overall rank for sales dropped from last year to this year. (were top 50 last year now 70)
Clearly that is a turn for the worse.

If they would resolve their issues (Customer Service, QC Problems, Decrease Egg Protein in their 40/40/20 ratio, and owner problems) and verify their product meets label claims due to how many companies have been found guilty of spiking. It may help clear their previous past issues and make them a front runner for a good/logical choice to invest in.

Why would a company invest in a proper raw materials to suit what is on the label for proper protein amount, or instead cut corners and fill with low grade BCAA's and have nothing to show proof. That is the current dilemma with a lot of protein powders (as you know) and why it is skeptical until proven innocent. PES is not a huge company and they easily got a COA / 3rd party test that showed more protein per serving than what is listed. It does not cost a fortune to get a 3rd party test

Probably because they do well enough. Not every company cares about the end consumer.

If they are selling why improve?

It's shady but not uncommon.

That's why I like chaos and pain. I can't say enough how hard wayne, jamie and I work. I'm managing the facebook atm and our customer service and quality control are on point.

/end plug. Lol

in a carb coma lol

Bruh... It's pancakes errrrday on IG

I have been slacking though on AM. I just started the final semester of my undergrad, an internship at a physical therapy and athletic training clinic, and I'm assisting one of my professors in data collection for an article he is going to publish

Free time is a very scarce thing right now

Don't think anyone can touch your pancake game lol
Some of your fruity icings sound great!
How did you make the KLP icing?

His pancakes are the amount of carbs you eat in 2 days lol literary 350-400g worth

I am dieting on 320+ atm. All carbs in one meal is win.

When I go back to a surplus....I'm upping to about 450 so I'll have room for a side of syurp!

Such is the life of being a smaller guy, but you may not be in that class for long bro.

I always get jelly to hear people cutting on more carbs than I have on a cheat/re-feed.

Whatever man lol ... Why don't you ramp to 4k cals?
Your maybe 15lbs heavier than me ;)

Come train with me a time or two, then we will see who the last one standing is :)

If there is ice cream post-workout I'm down!

Post-show?

He's slamming IHOP on the daily.

Indeed, but IHOP post-show is his first meal and has been his last two shows he did . We went after his Beverly showing (and filming for TigerFitness @ the university of Cincinnati) & his 2013 Nabba Show.

Still slams the same thing (Chicken Fajita Omelete) and usually a stack of cakes after his show. Marc is a simple man.

Need a good Orange! Everyone does Banana...

Banana is a much higher seller than an orange on the market.

That's because banana is a recipe godsend. I like orange but banana gives me ideas!

Banana bread, muffins, cream cheese toppings, protien glaze , cookies, protien ice cream , banana protien oatmeal , banana crepes , PANCAKES, WAFFLES, donuts, icing,

So much win. Plus I like banana more. Anyway....

I'm going to be chasing that pumpkin pie taste next. I'll be posting some pix here. I'm thinking pumpkin spice cheese cake with franks birthday cake. The recipe is at 100 carbs atm but I can certainly tweak it.

I'll post more info when it's ready.

It's pumpkin pie season fellas.

I just got some Pro Supps Banana Pudding...Very Good!
