Cooking with whey

Snickerdoodle = HNNG
Chocolate Hazelnut is like nutella too (wish you would of got it)

Are these all PB lean or Oats?

Yeah the PB Lean is awesome for sludge and glaze's like you see in my videos.
Thanks again for the support

^^^ over 1,000 Units Cinnamon Swirl in 6 minutes GONE!

All PB lean... I can honestly say that although I do like oatmeal, it's not my preferred carbohydrate source ;)

Carbless Select Death by Chocolate Muffins.

Maybe the carbless part can be debated since there is cocoa powder in it. Rose nicely, did not deflate, and were moist.

Orange crescents look really cool, nice bro!

Whats wrong with SD?

SD would go great with lemon/blueberry, but the more flavours the better! I'm not one to chose plain vanilla or chocolate proteins but want more flavours!

Invalid Link Removedinsideout super low cal PB&J cups (strawberry, blueberry, cherry) on top of a stack of PBC kodiak cakes with a SF blueberry jelly sludge

Thoughts on the PB Lean?

I've cracked open all 4 and I'm honestly blown away

RV cake batter- not over powering, and has a roasted coffee aroma. But you still get notes of cocoa at the end.

Eggnog- honestly this one is my favorite. Now I can get my eggnog fix year round

Snickerdoodle- it complements select and makes it 10x better

Pumpkin spice- out of all of them, this one is the most spot on in terms of smell and taste.

They all mix better than pb2 and are ground up into a finer powder. I also love how the peanut flour base does not have the added sugar like pb2 has. I will definitely be buying again

So excited to break into my egg nog

Still haven't tried the PB leans. I'd certainly be adding them to waffles, cream of wheat, and overnight oats :)

Just showed up at my doorstep
Quest rep hooked me up

Eager to see how these are

I've heard they're a bit disappoiting for the most part (pb I heard was good)

For the price though, holy hell I would never buy. they're outrageous.

I did not buy them, and these are new flavors (not the OG Strawberry, chocolate, vanilla)
Chocolate and vanilla were both solid.

Ya I saw you said you got the hookup (as usual ha). They would literally have to be the best tasting anything ever for me to shell out $50+ for 2lb tho

I've always seen it for about 34 bucks per tub which is pretty standard for 2lbs

I've never tried them because of the 19.99 insider deals for select have me stocked up pretty good

^^^I assume we will find out when you get your free tub ;)

People tend to overestimate the amount of product athletes get.

I think Bob orders his fair share. I remember his order of select when it was released.

The Solution has sooo many connections that he does end up getting quite a bit gratis. I know first hand, he treated me very well at the Arnold :friday:

Plus we just like busting each other's balls lol.

I added your sweet potato recipe to my favorites. The video you uploaded the other day. Always looking for different ways to eat them.

It was pretty simple!

Filling:
8 oz FF cream cheese
4oz FF Greek yogurt
1 scoop of modern
1 packet of knox gelatin
6 oz of water
Sweetener to taste

Base
30g of vitafiber
3/4 c of fruity pebbles

-Begin by preparing the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
-Heat vitafiber in a bowl or pan until it begins to bubble
-Immediately remove syrup and begin to incorporate the dry cereal with a spoon
-spoon mixture into the springform and evenly flatten it out using the back of a spoon across the entire bottom of the pan
-set pan aside and allow to cool

-In a mixing bowl combine all filling ingredients except for the water and gelatin.
-In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and ensure the gelatin dissolves thoroughly.
-Allow the gelatin mixture to cool slightly and begin mixing into the bowl
-Once gelatin mixture is at or around room temp, begin to mix all ingredients in the large mixing bowl with the gelatin mixture either by hand or with an electric mixer.
-Pour batter into the spring form pan and place in the fridge for filling to set (approx 3-4 hrs)

It made 2 mini cheesecakes bruh.. If 15g of fiber tears your stomach up, you may be a little girl

I've seen 100lb bikini girls mow down 2+ quest bars on the daily no problem

Protein bars in general do not settle well on my stomach. High fiber and artificial sweeteners are my enemy. Learned the hard way first time i went to the arnold on protein bars and how bad they wreck my stomach! Thats why i usually do not eat them often. had my first quest the other day (new mint chocolate chunk) for the first time in 3-4 months.
