Cooking with whey

I try to limit it to like once a week if not less when dieting, stuff destroys my stomach.

Same here.

You bake with KLP yet? The flavour is very dominant that you really don't need a topper ;)

Sucks for those who Walden Farms give GI distress.

Stuff is gold when on caloric restrictions.

Check out their line of creamers, I'm really like the hazelnut flavour.

Yeah I have had my eyes on them. No need for them now as I'm not in a caloric restriction, but I may grab some when I start lowering calories. Only thing is the creamers are quite expensive.

True. I have mixed it with the chocolate syrup, I highly recommend it.

Tried Torani syrups?

The brown sugar cinnamon is bomb

I've never tried Torani, but had a few Da Vinci syrups which essentially the same. My favourite from the ones I've tried was egg nog.

Budget shopper checking in :)
Coupons and deals FTW thats why my whey intake is very limited on a day to day use. Majority of my intake is whole foods. Weekends i usually do not even use protein powder. Just prefer to eat my kcals

Just pointing out what i would prefer for the $ GNO i got 7 pounds of chicken for 11$ the other day.

Insane deal. I couldn't even get clearance meat for that price which I wouldn't buy anyways.

I have to use powders to get my caloric intake. And that's mainly from a convenience standpoint and time. I add a scoop to my oatmeal and have a shake in the evening before bed. So on average I do 3 scoops a day. If I have pancakes, they get 2 scoops added in(1 scoop per 6 pancakes and I usually have 12). To eat that much whole food would take additional time that I just don't have.

I'm with you and Driven.. chicken breast seems to be 3-4 bucks a lb when on sale here. Is it me, or has it been forever since there has been a decent deal on Extra Lean or even Lean GB for that matter.

I usually go for X-lean Turkey from Costco or bison/venison
