I know presentation isn't good, but the taste is great. I'll work on making it look better haha

It is solutions pumpkin pie recipe, put inside of fat free ice cream that was blended with PROmore snickerdoodle, with one serving of cinnamon toast crunch. All fits with my diet for the day as well. Delicious :)

Orange Cream Truffles

good stuff. Nice and soft and creamsicle flavoured

How dense is the flavor? Sweet? Easy Truffle Recipe?

Its pretty good,
I read other reviews and people seemed to think too sweet (7 carbs in each serving I saw this possibility)

It works perfect in a Creamsicle though, quite enjoyed this
Will have it in something more plain later

And yeah truffle recipe was 4 ingredients lol just took a while to chill, it was done with white chocolate to hold the colour and taste better

oh i thought it was a very low kcal recipe, my bad on that. If you got a good low kcal truffle recipe i am always game to try it out.
I figured it would be sweet
would make a great orange julius or mixed with a diet orange soda and a vanilla ice cream float

:)

Yeah that quick batch was probably 50-60 cals each

Working on damn cinnamon buns still.
I hate working with yeast

For tonight I have some Swiss cookies on deck, easiest recipe ever

I haven't figured out a low cal one yet, truffles are all about that creamy dense texture.

Was literally just white chocolate melted down 6:1 with butter you could even microwave it. I went one cup chocolate and 2 tbsp butter.

Stirred in 1/2 scoop protein, orange extract, and a bit of colouring.

The coated truffles are easier to make healthy, can pack anything in the middle and give it a hard, thin coating like my cookie dough truffles

I you could manage to freeze some PBlean + greek yoghurt + protein into balls but i wouldnt call it a truffle.
Mix it all, freeze bowl an hour until its hard enough to form, put a dollop or ball into syran wrap and form a ball,
refreeze until hard,
then drizzle or coat.

Here is the recipe for the Bread Bites
1 cup all purpose flour
2 scoop Select PBC protein
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp skim milk (or any milk product)
3 tsp oil
2 tbsp pure maple
1 tsp vanilla extract

Roll into equal balls with a bit of flour to keep from sticking. Flatten tops down. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

I have to add these bread bites will not last in the house. First time I cooked them with snickerdoodle. They were awesome. Family killed them all before I could even get to them. Second time I doubled the recipe and again they were gone the same day. This time I doubled the recipe and used peanut butter protein and it was F ing amazing! They are already at it getting through the new baked goods. Loving the PBC flavor
