Cooking with whey

There pricing seemed a little outrageous...
 
Opened with cinnamon bun, carbs remaining and time is not so into oats it went

Initial review is wow, strong.
Will be bomb in baking. Zero extra cinnamon will be needed.

Both cassia bark and flavourings appear before sweeteners on the label, it is a strong hit.

Didn't catch the other reviews but they must agree with this.

I tried it without my topping and ended up scraping it off lol. I could have flavoured 3 prepared cups of oats easily.
Bang for your buck that way, but if I had this in a shake I'm not sure I could go to 2 scoops lol

The cinnamon bun likeliness I will give a 8/10,

Next up will be Snickerdoodle, some fun with Orange Creamsicle to follow
 
Since this is the cooking with whey thread, I figured I'd post this here.

If you like sludge, or use flavored Greek yogurt in general, check out Dannon Light and Fit Chocolate Raspberry. It is a new flavor and I have been loving it. I've been using that with chocolate whey are my base sludge for about two weeks now. It does not have a dominant chocolate flavor, which I like. It atses very similar to the candies below, if you have ever seen the chocolate covered raspberries in this brand.

A good Snickerdoodle get Select

Recipe (based off of the recipe kbayne posted – Thanks bro!)

Brownie:
2 scoops chocolate PES select protein powder
1 can pumpkin puree
4 tbsp Pamela’s chocolate cake mix (Gluten free- reasonably clean)
3 tbsp Organic raw coconut sugar
3 packets truvia
3 egg whites

Mix all ingredients and bake on 350 deg for 25-30 min

Topping:

2 scoops PBC PES select protein powder
4 tbsp PB2
2 packets truvia
Almond milk (to texture)

Whip up and add to top of brownies (add choc chips if desired)
 
Thumbs up for pumpkin bulking chocolate recipes, similar to my cake :)
 
Well I know the cake will taste spectacular. I just baked up one of his brownie recipes using pumpkin purée and my wife still can't stop talking about it. As a matter of fact she has been eating at least 2 pieces a day! Amazingly I used the whole can and no one can taste the pumpkin but the cake is so moist and stays that way even after sitting out for 2 days.

I don't know if anyone remembers or has ever tried it but it's no longer available. Weider Musclebuilder Advanced Strawberry. That was by far the best tasting protein powder and was strawberry as well. Wasn't carb friendly or anything. Wish I could find a decent strawberry.
 
Well this CL one sounds god, trying today.
But not for regular sale by the sounds of it

The new Myofeed strawberry protein by purus labs is awesome- it has little freeze dried pieces in it!
 
Ok it was not easy but I got the Croquembouche to 1/4 its original calories and doable without equipment

I might just put some blueberries or strawberries in the nutribullet and use that as "jelly" though.

Of my close friends only one uses marijuana.

Just as many do here as in the US.
