Does the hangover cure have BC powder in it? Haha

Last time I looked at my Target, they didn't have any. I really want to try this mix, but my Target never has it.

I got mine in a Walmart IIRC

I've found it at Target before. I think I mentioned this once, but it wasn't with most of the standard pancake mixes; it was in an aisle with some healthier options.

PB Lean flavoring >>> Pb2 by a mile
Not to mention you can customize it to whatever flavor you want, and over 2 billion combinations

working on Red Velvet, White Chocolate, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Mocha flavored PB lean

I didnt think I would want mix ins so only put it in one but my cherry/chocolate with added cherries is probably the best I made

its unreal how well Ant does his flavoring with so many combo's. I keep mine pretty basic and they still taste great.
They are legit flavors. I think when you add too much it takes away from the product. With my oats they are basic. I only add in dried bananas to my banana flavor because it's legit

I tried making a protein cheesecake for the first time. I used MTS Key Lime Pie. It started to lose some volume once it cooled...I need a little practice to get this right. The batter tasted amazing so we'll see tomorrow.

Something weird happened there. What recipe?

Were the eggs/cc at room temp?

Was it cooked through?

Red velvet chocolate chip cookies and creamcheese cookies about to be made

Looks like you over cooked it
What times and temps you use ?

300deg for 30, 200 for 50 (cut it off because it starting to brown). It was cooked through, I think my problem was too much dry ingredients.

Woah 80 minutes in the oven?

Have you tried mine or Bob's recipes?

I watched Bob's swirled cheesecake video, i heard 300 for 30 mins, bump down to 200 for 50 mins. Did I misinterpret that?

No sorry brain fart same as my timing i just use different temps.

Your oven might run a little hot?

Did you use the same ingredients?

Yes, I tried stretching it out a bit because my pan was a 10" and I think I messed up the wet/dry ratio. My oven does run a bit hot and the extra dry ingredients dried it out.

Most of mine were in an 8"
I had to change timing when I found a 9

A 10 would be hard i might even go 1 1/3 recipe

These came out perfect! Only had 3 but could easily demolish all of them right now.

And yes I know, my presentation isn't on par with Bob or Drivens lol.

They look and sound good, adding cream cheese into baked mixtures gives an awesome texture.

It wont be "crumby" like some cookies

All you needed for a better pic was to plate them ;)

Ya the texture was exactly how I wanted it. More soft and chewy.

I probably could of got a better picture but I ain't trippin lol.

How was the inside of those? Pretty moist?
I thought Kodiak Mix would rise a lot more than that (never used) as some of the other recipes i have seen money use. Stuff looks like a poofy tower when raised.
You ever try yogurt instead of applesauce for the cookie base?

I bet those tasted awesome, you need to get some RV Whey for those bad boys!

Its weird when i use oatmeal for some of my cookies with Pancake Mix they rise like an inch

Inside was very soft, chewy, and moist. I usually always use yogurt/greek yogurt but wanted to try applesauce this time for some reason.

And Kodiak does tend to rise very good but I didn't use Kodiak mix for this batch.

I think Applesauce causes the final product (Sometimes) to thin out compared to yogurt. Just may vary on what we are making.
Use that same recipe with the kodiak eager to see the difference.

I plan to. I also plan to use yogurt next time to see what difference I notice.
