Yeah, he doesn't track cals/macros, so its no biggie. I was just curious, myself. I just remembered the butter as I wrote that reply. Haha. I skip crust's usually.

Recipe


Dry:
100g Complete Pancake Mix
30g Cinnamon Swirl Cellucor Whey
3g Splenda
Dash Trader Joes Pumpkin Spice
Baking Powder (5g)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
10g PB Lean (Banana Bread Flavor)

Wet:
1 Egg
1 Egg White
170g Greek Yogurt
75g Banana (Diced up)

Topping/Filling:
None


Directions

Combine all Dry (Whey, Pancake Mix Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, PB Lean, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Splenda)

In a separate bowl mix the egg white and egg by itself and add in the Greek yogurt

Then add in the Diced Banana to the dry mixture on top of the egg and egg white and use a hand mixer to stir the mixture together it should come out as a cake batter or thick consistency before being baked.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and then use cooking spray on your Loaf Pans to coat it and prevent sticking

Transfer the mixture to the Loaf Pans and bake for around 20 minutes, use a toothpick to check Banana Bread if it are finished (it will come out with no residue on the toothpick)

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy!

Those look great. I can't wait to try all your pumpkin recipes this fall. I've done the bread, squares, and low carb pancakes. Want to do on your pie recipes next! You have multiple which do you recomend??

My food usually gets a little cold due to taking pictures and uploading them before i eat them haha.

Here's the recipe if you brahs wanna enjoy some carb filled cake and ice cream magic

For just the cake:

Dry
• 15g Iso-Smooth
• 120g Pancake Mix
• Baking Powder

Wet
• 3 egg whites
• 25g Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
• ½ Cup Unsweetened almond Milk

Directions: 350 degrees, about 20 minutes in a Bundt mold!

Totals: 540 Calories; 5g Fat, 87g Carbs (12), 40g Protein

ITS PUNKIN SEASON

Snickerdoodle protein pumpkin whoopie pies

Cakes:
2 scoops PES Snickerdoodle Protein
1 cup GF Pancake mix
Stevia (to taste)
1 can pumpkin (16oz)

Combine all ingredients and Bake at 350 for 12-15 min depending on the size of the cakes ( trust me though- you want them moist)

Filling:

2 scoops USP labs Oxyelite vanilla protein
½ cup whipped cream cheese
Stevia (to taste)
¼ cup vanilla almond milk

Mix protein and almond milk in a shaker, add to cream cheese and stir together- stir in stevia.
