Hell yeah cant wait to try out CCCD

Dunno how :( I'm not a good experimenter and creator, I'm a good replicator lol

I will post it up when I get the whey.

I have a cookie pie already posted, its gluten free and bean based though. Was a more gluten-free natural recipe

This recipe is not of my own. Here is the OG recipe:

Macro's: 834 calories; 123g Protein, 63g Carbs, 10g Fat

12oz - Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
10oz - Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 whole eggs
3/4 Cup - Granulated Splenda *I used 1/2 cup Stevia in the raw
1/4 Cup - 1% Milk *I used unsweetened Almond Milk
1.25 Scoop - Trutein Vanilla Protein (42.5g)*I used Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp - Kosher salt

Directions: All ingredients at room temperature.

1. Preheat Oven to 325 - Prepare 6" cake pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper in the bottom.
2. Cream Cheese in mixer - mix on medium until creamy - scrape sides of bowl down.
3. Add splenda - mix on medium until incorporated - scrape sides of bowl down.
4. Add eggs one at a time while on medium. Again...scrape.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients - mix on medium for 3 minutes.
6. Pour in pan - extra batter in mouth - yum.
7. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Turn oven to 200 for 50min - 1 hour. Remove and let cool on the counter. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

I followed the directions exactly but I cooked the cheesecake in a Bain Marie (water bath). Google this if you don't know what it is but I highly suggest cooking in this method. Also to avoid giant cracks, after the cake is done cooking, crack open the over door and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for 30-45 mins with the door open and oven off. Throw it into the fridge overnight and garnish to your liking. I used Oreo crumbs to make a crust and sprinkled some PB2 and extra Oreo crumbs on top.

Bro. Theres a certain amout if science and know how to it. I tried to follow directions for these protien bars once. Ended up with a bag of rocks.
Best believe I ate it all to. Broke a few teeth but I wasnt going to through away 50 $ worth of whey

You use trutein in your recipe?
id get a springform pan they rock for cheesecakes.

F5 daily at cellucor.com for that CCCD checking in...still no luck :(

Yea i used whatever pan I had at home, don't bake/cook enough to warrant getting new stuff yet but your posts over on the other forums have opened my eyes as tastebuds to the world of cooking with protonz

Quick question... do you guys use walden farms sugar free pancake syrup ??? I know this sounds weird but makes my teeth feel weird...

I use and like it, never noticed anything like that.

Although I have had a bad bottle or two from temp during shipping to Canada. Got a caramel
syrup that solidified

Like how you think brother
or some PB Lean/PB2

Mix PB2 with a little bit of sugar free chocolate syrup... I can put that on my shoes and eat it lol

WTF Raz & Solution!!!! You guys are making me nuts!!! At least post the recipes to all those! You guys should be on Food TV with Emeril!!! BAM!!!

I thank The Solution for having some great recipes and making some sweet looking desserts. His cooking was the inspiration for me to start. None of my stuff is of my own creation, I just follow directions and customize to my taste buds. It's way easier than you think fellas!
