OxyELITE Protein Pancakes

OxyELITE Protein Frosted Vanilla Cinnamon Pancakes

p2 (500x373).jpg
p3 (434x550).jpg
p6 (523x600).jpg

Pancakes
-1.5 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein
-1 cup gluten free oats
-225g egg whites
-1/3 cup So Delicious "Sugar Free" Vanilla Coconut Milk
-1 tsp baking powder
-ground cinnamon (to taste)

Calories: 652
Protein 72g
Carbs: 62g (13g fiber)
Fat: 12g

Frosting
-.5 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein
-1/8 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Protein: 12g
Carbs: 3g (2g fiber)
Fat: 2g

These were ridiculously delicious. They came out perfect, with a great fluffy consistency, and tasting amazing. I didn't have a recipe and just made a last minute decision to see what I could come up with. I combined all the pancake ingredients in my Nutribullet, which blended everything into a nice batter. It will grind up anything completely, so there wasn't a trace left of the oats after a few seconds. The frosting, additional cinnamon sprinkled on top, and a small amount of WF syrup really set them off. These will be a staple in my diet for a long time.

Frosted OxyELITE Protein Cookie Dough Pancakes

cccd2 (450x298).jpg
cccd3 (450x299).jpg

Pancakes
1.5 scoops OxyELITE Protein (1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream/.5 scoop Milk Chocolate)
1 Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar
1/2 cup gluten free oats
220g egg whites
1/3 cup "So Delicious" Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk
1 tsp baking powder

Frosting
1/4 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein
1/4 scoop Milk Chocolate OxyELITE Protein
1/8 cup unsweetened vanill almond milk

Calories: 787
Protein: 103
Carbs: 58g (27g fiber)
Fat: 19g

All of the pancake ingredients were put in a Nutribullet to make the batter. The Nutribullet is key for a good batter, as it completely liquefies the oats, Quest Bar, or anything else that you put in it. The frosting was mixed in bowls with a spoon.

I got the idea to add a Quest bar to the batter after blending one up to make ice cream in my Nutribullet (it was awesome). It was a fantastic idea, as these were ridiculous. I'll be making all kinds of OxyELITE Protein/Quest pancakes going forward. Next up is Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein/White Chocolate Raspberry Quest with a Vanilla OEProtein/raspberry frosting (1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 scoop protein mixed in Nutribullet). I can't wait to try Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Mixed Berry Bliss, and Vanilla Almond Crunch as well.

I came up with a low carb pancake alternative, which was very tasty.

Thanks for these, breezy! They look good enough to eat. I'm a pancake fiend but need to veer myself of them instant mixes. This should do the trick.

Took my generic Pancake recipe and added 15g cocoa and red food coloring to make Red Velvet pancakes

then made a Cream cheese Frosting with Cinnamon Swirl to make these Cream Cheese Layered Pancakes:

Pancakes:

120g Flour/Complete Pancake Mix
1 Egg
1 White (Stiffened to a firm peak)
1/3 cup almond milk
20g Vanilla Whipped Cor Whey
Tsp Baking Powder
Tsp Vanilla Extract
3g Splenda
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix

Cinnamon Swirl Cream Cheese Spread:
30g Cream Cheese
25g Greek Yogurt
25g Plain Yogurt
10g Cinnamon Swirl Whey
5g Honey

Also Used Whip Cream, Syrup, and a dash of honey on top too!

Thanks for the frosting recipe. I was gonna ask, but figured you'd have it in a video, but now this makes it easier.
