Cookies N'Cream Review

I got my order of Crowler's new Cookies N'Cream flavored protein yesterday. Today after my workout, I used it inplace of my normal AI Chocolate/PB protein. I must say it's different then I expected. I was expecting it to be really sweet tasting and overpowering but it wasn't. It tastes alot like vanilla/cream to me, and I was having trouble tasting the cookie part of it. When I finished my shake however, the aftertaste was very pleasant. The "cookies" flavor became more apparant, and left a nice taste in my mouth.

So I would rate the new Cookies N'Cream flavor like this:

Taste: 7/10
Mixability: 9/10
Aftertaste: 7.5/10
Overall: 8/10

It's not my favorite AI flavor, but I still like it. :D
 
How's the chocolate/pb mix flavour? I want to get some...

My 'plain' pb protein and my 'elvis' came in tonight, I'll be posting reviews here for them :)
 
The Chocolate/PB is the best one that I've tried so far, but I hear the Peanut Butter flavor is alot of peoples favorite.
 
I just got the coffee today and I would say very similar things about it, it's not overpowering but has a nice flavor. Normally coffee flavors tend to have a nasty after taste, but this is not bad. I tried mixing it with a spoon and it was a no-go, but in a shaker it mixed perfectly with water.

Next time try a fork. Believe it or not it works much better than a spoon.

Duh:frustrate I should of thought of that, thanks Crowler I will! I hate cleaning shakers so if I'm doing a single serving I like mixing it in a glass.
 
Personally, AI's banana was the first banana flavored protein i've tried that didn't disappoint.

Can't go wrong with the Elvis imo, which was deffinately my favorite of the sample pack.

for about 10 buck Black and Decker has those little gizmos and they have a wire whip that goes on it, takes about 20 seconds and you have a smooth shake.
 
Calorie wise (going by the mix alone), you get a little over ten 100 calorie cookies per/1lb i believe.

Although my GF just likes going with the serving size given (75 cals/1oz).
 
always interested in c&c protein.
beverly intl. will be hard to beat on flavor though
lots of good flavors crowler! i'll order some shortly
