It's a great product, especially for the price. Your getting 2 products in one, one that aids in sleep and burns fat, and a fat burning for the day time. 24/7 coverage. The energy from the AM is a clean, smooth energy and not jittery, and the PM formula helps me to sleep.

i loved the daytime formula... strong stim feeling without the jitters (i take 3)... the nighttime formula is a little weak but thats because im use to large amounts of melatonin and gaba...
