Conqu3r Unleashed Review


When I first smelled the powder I couldn't figure out what it was. I thought it smelled like a cigar, and my girlfriend thought it smelled like vanilla.

Mix ability
I put the sample in 12oz of water. I shook it about 3 times and it was fully dissolved from what I could see.

Taste and texture
The taste was great. It was one of the best tasting products I have tried. It was very unique. It definitely had a strong cotton candy like flavor, but there was something else there too that I couldn't quite figure out.

I drank the first half with just water and the second half I added some ice and tried it like that. I think I liked it better without the ice, but it could have just been that the after taste didn't really kick in until I had started drinking it was ice. It did have a bit of a weird aftertaste, but it wasn't horrible by any means. It was still a good flavor altogether.

The texture was a little different. It reminded me of Glycergrow some, so I think there must be some Glycerol in there. It still mixed well, but I could feel the texture of it some.

Effects
I felt the pre workout kick in in about 15 minutes. I started drinking it before I left for the gym, and about halfway there I could definitely feel the focus and tunnel vision kicking in. I had to make sure I looked at other cars around me, not just what was right in front of me.

Focus
The focus in the gym was great. I would compare it to DMAA, but it didn't give me a cracked out kind of feeling.

Energy
The energy was very smooth. I had been laying in bed drifting in and out of sleep and had to force myself to get up. I drank the Conqu3r Unleashed and after that I felt like I had been fully awake all day. It was not a jittery kind of energy like some pre workouts give me.

Pump
The pump was better than I had expected. I didn't take my Hydro3 for this workout so I could accurately gauge the effects of just the Conqu3r. The pump was great, it really surprised me. Not only was there great energy and focus, but a great pump as well. Stacked with Hydro3, I might have torn the skin on my biceps! The vascularity was similar to most other pre workouts with pump ingredients. I'm not a very vascular person to begin with though.


I didn't feel a crash, it just gradually wore off.

Overall I would give it a 9.5/10 for a complete pre workout. It has everything you'd need as far as effects go. It is definitely worth the price if it is similarly priced to the previous versions, which I think I read that it will be. I'll definitely be picking some up when it is released.
 
Can't wait to try my sample out tomorrow morning. It's mixed and in the fridge. The smell I got was more vanilla than anything, almost like a vanilla cupcake. Very interesting.

To me (and this will be in my review tomorrow/today) it smells like box vanilla cake mix. I hope it works like others are saying it does. It's 3am & I'm dealing with some serious insomnia tonight. I've been awake for about an hour and half & my alarm will go off at 4:15am.

I think you will be very pleased! The night before I took mine I only got 4 hours of sleep and I was a little drunk, which means it was horrible sleep. I got off work and took about a 30 minute nap and forced myself up. I got an amazing work out still.

I feel I need to address your comment on the texture though. By glycerol if you meant the patented ingredient HydroMax™ Glycerol, the highly concentrated powdered glycerol which yields 65% free molecular glycerol then maybe ;)

When we reformulated Conqu3r Unleashed we looked at every aspect of our product to make improvements. The pump matrix was no exception.

You read correctly. Improvements have been made to the formula, but we are not passing on the additional costs to the consumer.

Conqu3r Unleased Review!

Mixability: poured it in a cup and stirred it, it practically mixed once I poured into he water but not all the way

Taste and smell: I read that it smelt like a cigar and vanilla but I really didn't smell either, the smell threw me off though(not bad or good). I poured about 12-14oz of water and mixed it, I did taste cotton candy and then a weird after taste; somewhat artificial but not really. I think I may have diluted it too much but it wasn't bad at all.

Effectiveness(I will note I am on 2 other products that enhance my gym pump but this definitely upped it a couple of notches): The energy is great, at first it crept up on me but the energy is nice, clean, and long lasting. The pump was....beautiful. The shirt I wore was a little loose on me but by the end of my workout it was pretty fitted on me.

Overall: I highly recommend this for anyone that loves preworkouts. If stimulants aren't your friend then don't worry because there will be a stim free version. It will be out soon so keep your eye out for a great deal!

Olympus Labs Conqu3r Unleashed - Kandy Krush

I was very excited to get the opportunity to sample and review OL's new version of Conqu3r. I was a huge fan of the Demigod edition. I also use PWO's regularly, and was anxious to see how this compared to others I've been using since my Demigod edition ran out.

Smell/Taste
At first I couldn't pin point the smell. It doesn't have a very strong smell like other PWO do. If I had to say the smell, to me, is a mix of herbal tea and box vanilla cake mix. Again, it isn't a very strong smell at all though.

The taste of this version was very mild compared to previous versions of Conqu3r. It had a nice light cotton candy flavor that wasn't too sweet or tart. I definitely feel that OL upped their game in the flavor department on this one!! It is probably the best tasting PWO I've had!! It did have a slight aftertaste, but nothing artificial or unpleasant.

Mix-ability
The mix-ability of this version has also improved, in my opinion. With the Demigod edition I found it to be a bit gritty, even after mixing it well. This was not the case with the Unleashed. I mixed the sample in 12oz of water in a blender bottle, shook it a few times and it was good to go.

Effects
I drank the pre-workout completed fasted first thing in the morning. I finished it about 20 minutes before working out. It kicked in about 15 mins after drinking it. So, it hit me on the way to the gym.

Focus
The focus is what hit me first, on the way to the gym. The focus with this preworkout is stellar. I had the tunnel vision going on while driving to the gym. I typically warm-up on the elliptical for about 5 mins before I start lifting. This morning I got on the elliptical and the next thing I knew I'd been on it for 7 mins. I've used other pre-workouts with good nootropic blends, but this focus was intense...in a good way. I'd say their is a good blend of nootropics or something very similar in synergy in this edition.


Energy
As someone who is not a lightweight when it comes to stims, I was very anxious to see how this new version would stack up. Well, it held its own. The energy was nice and smooth. It didn't come on too strong and lasted my entire workout. I would say that this version possibly contains a bit more caffeine than its predecessor. However, it's still dosed just right, for those who like a stim pwo. It didn't give me any antsy type feeling at all. It did take a bit a wear off, but I didn't experience any immediate crash. It wore off nice and slow. *For those who do not prefer a stim pwo, don't worry...OL will be releasing a stim free version as well.*

Pump/Vascularity
The pump was nice with this pre-workout. I'm not an extremely muscular person, yet, so I don't experience the pump that others do. However, I did feel it in my back this morning. Today was a back and shoulders GVT day for me, and I could definitely feel the pump in back. I was even still feeling it a bit later after I got home. I am not vascular at all, so I really can't comment on that aspect.

Overall
My overall review is it is the prefect balance of energy and focus, with the highly sought after pump boost. It is the total package when looking for a well rounded pre-workout. I can say I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by it's performance. I honestly feel like this new version is going to be a game changer. With the cost not increasing with this version, you really can't go wrong. I know I will be stocking up when it is released.

**I'm going to add this as a side note...this version was much easier on the stomach. I never could pin point what it was in the Demigod edition that upset my stomach, but it did. This version did not bother my sensitive tummy at all!**
 
Oh...I'm also working on a YouTube review as well. I just haven't had the chance to get it done without a bunch of background noise/distractions going on today. Part of that will go on IG as well. I have every intention of getting it done tonight though....as long as hubby distracts the little one long enough!!! I'll post links when I've them up!!

Taste: Almost like a birthday cake. Bitter undertones, sweet finish and sweet aftertaste. Pretty good, and I think this would not get old too quickly for me. However, other flavors can be good for variety :) I didn't detect much of a fruit influence.

Mixability:This mixed great! I used 10 oz. of water to mix it. It began to dissolve immediately, a few shakes and nothing but a few flakes were left floating around. In fact, even after spending all night in the fridge, there was no settling on the bottom of the shaker. Impressive.

Also, even though I suspect it contains Glycerol, there was no foaming at all for me.

I drank it slowly to get the full taste. I drank it completely fasted, with no other things added to the mix.

Approximately 15-20 minutes I seemed to notice the cobwebs clearing (I had Benadryl last night and only slept about 5.5-6 hours). The effect built well into my gym session and continued for a while after. I hit Bench press (5/3/1, 5+ week today), with DB Standing OHP for 5 X 10 afterwards. Here is what I noticed:

Energy: I had great energy and felt very awake after it kicked in. I was motivated to hit the weights, even though when I got up I was very lethargic. This energy lasted well after my workout, which was very helpful at work as well.

Focus: The focus was GREAT. I felt like I was in the zone while hitting the weights, and it stayed until long afterwards. Very good nootropic effect.

Mood: I felt a mood boost after taking this as well. Hard to describe, I just felt good.

Strength: No super increase in strength, of course, but I did feel like I was able to push a little harder due to the mood, focus and energy aspects.

Pump: The pump was impressive for me. I gained a little too much fat during my bulk, but I'm still pretty vascular. Conqu3r Unleashed did its job in this aspect as well, giving me a full and pumped feeling during my higher rep sets. Even my last Bench set got the pump going for me. The glycerol and other pump ingredients work very well, giving me a nice pump without being overly restrictive.

Overall:​
 This was a great workout experience, and I will definitely be picking up several tubs of this. I've always liked DGE, but this gave me a better and different feel. I loved it! I definitely will be able to tell more with repeated use, but I guess I'll just have to wait for now ;)

The only negative that I can mention is that it isn't out yet! ;)

I am glad to see everyone enjoying the new version, and to say it is better than DGE is no understatement AM!
 
A little more about the new Conqu3r Unleashed:

"Firstly Conquer Unleashed is going to feature five patented ingredients, with two of those being HydroMax glycerol dosed at 2g, and AlphaSize alpha GPC at 250mg. From there things do get a little less interesting, with the other details being a 280g tub size which divides up into 40 servings."

congrats to Olympus labs....I am amazed at the amount of interest generated by 1 sample of a pre-workout!!!

most companies would have to offer full tubs to get this kind of response.

1 sample & I'm hooked, but that's with most OL products for me. People may say I'm bias because of hubby's position with OL, but that is not the case. If something sucks I say so. This has never been this case with any OL product I've ever tried!!!

The products definately speak for themselves ! I will definitely be doing my part to help spread the word. Experiencing the value first hand and continually has taken my game to a whole new level even after years of training and trying almost everything.
