had just about all of the vital1ty flavors. didn't like any of them. they ended up being thrown away.

mixing in cit mal helped a little

I could drink sour apple all day. I've been mixing it with Apple flavoured Scivation psycho. I'd use conqu3r but well....you know :(

Well, mine did come today after all. Mail man was just really late. I'll use my sample tomorrow morning. I have something special planned for my review too!!

Why would not be honest and detailed and compile my true thoughts on the product offered and sent to me on your behalf?

Ohh that wasn't meant to be a poke at you lol. You did exactly what we wanted (honest feedback) just pointing out that for your personal tolerance a full two scoop serving is probs too much!

Initial smell of powder:
Vanilla protein?

Mix ability:
Put sample in 12oz of water and about 90% of it instantly mixed, the rest mixed perfectly when shaken.

Taste:
I've never tasted a pre workout with this kind of flavor, literally can't compare it to anything lol. It taste pretty good, definitely a step up from the previous flavor I used. It honestly tasted kind of like a birthday cake flavored pre workout.

Kick-in/feeling focused:
10-15 minutes
(Thought I'd be more like 20, kicked in pretty hard on the way to gym) was somewhat fasted as I ate about an hour before drinking.

Focus during:
10/10
Laser focus in the gym, there's seems to be a good nootropic blend or some ingredient/s that work in synergy in this. Normally caffeine doesn't give me the focus I need but my focus was on point pretty soon after I finished drinking the pre workout

Endurance:
9/10
Adding sets was super easy, rest periods were 15-30 seconds

Pump:
The pumps were awesome,don't know what is in here but it reminds me of a agmatine/glycerol pump(could be neither but the pumps were legit)
Vascularity was also up quite a bit.

No crash, took a while to wear off.


Overall: 9/10
Definitely a step up from its predecessor in terms of focus and energy. I can imagine when this is released it will cost a decent amount per serving but I think it would be worth it for a full tub of this stuff.
